I was concerned that they might not work after I ordered them because I read somewhere about a magnetic tip in the probe, but these work flawlessly. Just goes to show, you can't believe everything you read on the interweb.

These are well made, very accurate and good penetration, they flatten nicely on hard surfaces so they don't bounce back much.
