Save your money toward a better rifle

This rifle uses 6 AA batteries, so don't expect long runs w/o changing batteries. You have to fiddle w/ the battery tray to get it to slide back in place.
The magazine requires you to snap a BB into the tiny top tube one at a time, which takes a long time and requires a lot of dexterity (in other words don't expect to do this in field conditions).
After about 20 BB's the BB retaining catch is overpowered by the magazine spring spewing BB's all over the place. You can't get to the listed capacity of 76 rounds (you would die of old age by then anyway it takes so long to load).
The battery tray was not properly wired requiring me to cut wires, switch endpieces and then resolder the connections.
The front sight post is a small bump and the rear sight is a slot ... hardly precise. There is no windage or elevation ability.
The jam clearing instructions tell you to use the slanted end of the cleaning rod, but none is provided w/ the rifle.
On the plus side, it is light weight, and short enough (w/ collasped stock) to fit younger shooters say 8-12 years old.
The cyclic rate on auto is very slow compared to others. This is a good thing, it saves ammo (important since you will only have about 20 rounds in the mag at any time), makes for more accurate shooting and sounds pretty cool.
You can shoot one shot at a time without power by cocking w/ the charging handle. In a pinch this may save you in a game. The manual cocking gives a bit more range ... say 10 yards if you are a good shot. It is only one shot at a time though.

I love this gun. The full auto and the semi auto are good. Really cheap too, I've gotten over 19 hits in an airsoft war with it. Buy it.
