What a fantastic rifle! The shrouded barrel puts the HW100 in a whole new category--the quiet one. While airguns are already much quieter than firearms, just imagine how great it will be to hunt without giving away your presence to the quarry you're stalking. Or, if you're plinking in the backyard or your basement, you're not going to disturb the neighbors or others in your house while you have a blast shooting this gun. If you're left-handed, then get this gun instead of the HW100S model, which has a raised cheekpiece only for right-handed shooters. But, the main thing you should know is that this gun is wonderfully accurate. If you don't want a gun that you have to tune, buy a bunch of aftermarket parts or do anything to it to make it shoot beautifully, then the HW100 is for you.
