Great optics
November 17, 2008
I purchased this scope to mount on a 20 caliber Beeman HW 97 rifle. The scope works beautifully and was easy to set up. The lighted optics work very well and being able to control the brightness is a real advantage. This is my first experience with lighted optics but I can easily see the advantage in dim light when it's difficult to distinguish the crosshairs from the target. The scope is a bit large and pretty long but it's necessary to achieve the light gathering advantage of the 50 mm objective. The 24 magnification allows me to see pellet holes in a paper target clearly at 75 feet and I can even distinguish a second pellet strike which enlarges the hole made by the first pellet. I enjoy precision shooting and this scope was definitely an excellent choice. The service from Airgun Depot was excellent and everything arrived on schedule and well packaged. I will have no hesitation about ordering from them again.

5 STAR SCOPE

This is a great scope very accurate. Its alittle long but it looks really good on my rifle. I hit my shot every time with thise scope. Get it sighted in at 35 yards and its dangerous.

An A Winner
March 24, 2008
You can not go wrong with centerpoint scopes. Very nice and very accurate and all the frills of a really expensive scope for not a lot of money. Note this is 16 inch long and the objective may be 50 mm but take into consideration that 50 mm is the lense not the larger outside diameter. Also on a springer I recomend an adjustable mount to compensate for barrel droop. I will say I would not only recomend this brand of scopes for airgunners but any application. There is absolutely no dissapointment factor and you will be happier than you would expect with Centerpoint scopes. I will probably never use another brand after owning this scope.

Fantastic!
February 16, 2008
I mounted this one on a RWS48. The optics seem very good. I have even used it at 15 yds 24X at dusk and see the 177 holes in the target with no problem. I was really impressed with the amount of light passing through the lens. Clarity is well defined and after 100 shots it still holds position. The one piece mount is impressive. I used the adjustable stop screw to raise the rear of the mount, then tightened the dovetail screws to compensate for the barrell droop of the 48. This worked very well. The lit retical does well but the green side seems dim opposed to the red. The black works very well for me so I usually leave them off. All adjustments are firm so it takes some effort to move them, but they stay put even with the recoil of the 48. Follow instructions carefully on adjustments of the E/W. A lot of quality for such a low price and the included one piece mount at Airgun depot. Thanks Airgun Depot!
