Fun to shoot
August 3, 2013
Pretty nice shooter. I chose this gun for accuracy and wanted something similar to the Umarex Colt 1911 pellet pistol. I tried the short barreled version of this and was very unhappy with the accuracy but this one was much better. The one thing that bothers me about it, is the slide release doesn't operate smoothly at all. I'm used to the Colt's smooth like butter release which puts this one to shame. It sticks and doesn't want to open. The grips aren't the greatest either but overall it's got a quality feel to it and it's fun to shoot.
Pros:
Accuracy, robust construction, fairly quiet.
Cons:
Slide release clunky and sticks. Grips have a low quality feel. Would have given 5 stars if both these were better but still enjoy shooting this one.

Walther CP88 Competition
March 14, 2013
Very nice pistol. Well made and heavy duty. I love the nickel finish, it adds to the overall "coolness" of the pistol. The only thing that could have made it more realistic is to have a drop-out clip instead of the 8 round rotary mag. Still the nicest pistol in my collection. Well worth the price.
Pros:
Well Made Heavy Duty Realistic Easy Loading
Cons:
8 Round Rotary Clip Vs Drop-Out Mag

Sturdy built gun!
March 27, 2012
Quality in terms of both design, finish and materials. This all metal gun feels like a true firearm, heavy and well balanced. Shoots very well and one tends to forget it's CO2 powered. Great fun to shoot and great value for money.
Pros:
Heavy and well balanced. The system for loading the CO2 cartridge is absolutely brilliant. A handle locks it into place without risking leaking CO2 as opposed to other systems.
Cons:
Nothing to dislike...

Nickel CP88

Just got this last week.. After putting about 100 rounds through it, I used my laser boresighter to really zero it in. I'm extremely happy, now! Consistently shoots right where you point it; good power, feels and looks like the real deal, and not a gas hog. I hear there's a rail available to mount a scope, but can't see how you'd mount it... If you sight it well, you won't need a scope anyway.
