For a combo pellet/bb gun; it's pretty good

It's a fairly pedestrian gun, bland and typical of crosman, but it shoots well.
Pros:
i like that the extra magazine holders are inexpensive crosman laser sight fits on it like a glove
Cons:
it's a bit bulky

1088 BG

Fun little gun. Worth the price I paid. get a lot of rounds off quickly(60 shots/12gr CO2). I also ordered xtra clips. Have not had much luck holding charge over long periods of time. I've experienced frequent misfires, but problem can be correctted easily and quickly. This gun does make my other recent purchase of a Dan Wesson look like a work of art. You get what you pay for, but worth the expense.

Great CO2 Pistol For The Money
March 12, 2012
I wasn't expecting much for the price but I was pleasantly surprised with this Co2 pistol from crosman. It's lightweight but shoots hard and hardly ever jams. I can hit cans easily from 30 ft away and it's a cool looking airgun. Very satisfied for the price paid.
Pros:
Price Shoots Hard Easy to Shoot Accurate

This gun is not too bad. I like how Crosman hides the little bits that make it obviously an airgun. It is pretty light but very sturdy. The ability to use pellets and bb's is great. Pellets can be used under more circumstances, but bb's are cheaper. I shoot this by a water front and using bb's lets me avoid littering the shore with lead which is nice. I have a different airgun which gives me trouble seating the powerlet without leaks there is no problem here. I have read people claim 50-60 shots on a powerlet but I get about 80-100 before I loose accuracy and power. For the price I don't know if you will get a better gun. I would give it four stars but I get 1-2 jams every 100 shots or so.
Pros:
Well made Light Uses bb's and pellets Cheap
Cons:
Light It rattles a little jams once or twice every hundred shots.

What is your assessment of the quality of this gun?

By Greg from S.F. California on July 28, 2012
Sometime the rotery clip misaligns and no fire or jams inside. What is up? Using pellets I removed the magnet, simple to much trouble loading.

Some pellet/BB pistols can fire (CO2) only one pellet at a time...Can this pistol use a mag for pellets as well? Thinking that this may a easy start for my wife. Thanks.
By Staff on May 21, 2012

Answer:
This gun will shoot both bbs and pellets.
