Great Gun for your children!
July 20, 2012
I got this gun about a year ago to take some pesty birds in my backyard. The gun did its job once I got it sighted in for 10 yards. I hit sparrows at up to 25 yards out and killed it with crossman brand pellets. Although I wish this was in .22 cal I would say this is a great gun to give to your child as an upgrade from a bb gun. When I went out to the range I could only get my groups to about 2 1/2 inches from 10 yards, which could mean life or death for those pesty birds of mine. In conclusion this is a great starting gun for a child. Its easy to pump and is fairly accurate.
Easy to pump accurate reliable tuff
feel of material used trigger was not reliable scope was usless i took it off and used the iron sights

Accuracy is KEY!
August 31, 2011
It took me less than 10 shots to have this gun sighted in at 30 yards. Repeated shots grouped in a 1/2 inch area. Gun is solidly made and worked well with the Crosman Destroyer EX .177 cal. pellets. I got all I expected and more.

Crosman 2104x Airgun
July 30, 2008
The 2104x is a great, affordable, and depandable rifle. I have used it for varmit hunting and target practice in the backyard, it is incredibly fun! The scope takes a while to zero in, but within 20 shoots i had it right on the intersection of the cross-hairs...Great Gun

Very good multi purpose rifle
March 31, 2008
This is a very good gun for the price, it is somewhat heavy and some what hard to pump and trigger pull but if you are a teen or young adult its great. The slide that needs to be pulled to insert the pellet is somewhat hard to get back because you have to push it in then slide it back and theres a spring behind it so its got somewhat of a strong pull. The scope thats included is obviously not the best quality and ive found it not very useful at all but it is my first scope so it may not be the best for me anyways. The open sights are very good as they are the aiming is incredible thanks to the TruGlo end. The pumping as i said it some what strong but for good reason. I was learning how to operate the rifle and was pointing the rifle away as instructed in the manual but i did not remember that the safety was off and it fired into my wall and went through the dry wall and almost through the 6 inches of insulation and into the other wall! Its a very good gun despite the semi strength needed to operate it. I Would recommend it for anyone who is not really rough on there items or anyone who wants a good gun for small pests or target practice or just some friendly target competition.

Excellent gun for the price. One of the most accurate and powerful BB rifles around, and pumping it up can be considered good exercise. I have the Remington version as well.

Crosman 2104X
October 12, 2007
This air rifle is much more powerful and accurate than the 760 I replaced. I sighted the scope in within 20 shots and it is as accurate as I need to plink at varmints and cloven-hoofed critters that get in my yard. The plastic pellet feed/cocking mechanism doesn't feel like it will last very long. Four pumps is about all it can handle and it's still ready to fire the next day. Pump is too noisy so you have to pump first and fire later.

Great Gun

Great gun! 'Tis excellent for plinking and keeping pests to a minimal. Recommend for teens to adult because of strength needed to maximize pump power (about 10 pumps), but overall it has a smooth action and is wicked fun to shoot.

Is this youth sized or can an adult use it as well?
By Tyler from Washington on July 20, 2012

I am 15 and I still use this air rifle. It is a little small, but I would say it would fit a average size adult

Can it kill a bird?

By Anonymous from Caledonia, Ontario on June 22, 2012

It is 755 fps. I think it could because I kill birds with my 490 fps and crosman 1088. (430)
