My first air rifle so I can only compare it with my other rifles or an old Daisy springer BB gun. For this price range its fine. I am still testing the accuracy - but was really surprised to put it on the paper at 50" 100 YARDS! (though that is obviously not it's intended use). It is manufactured in China and quality control shipped it with a stripped screw in the butt pad which I fixed w/glue and toothpicks.
Pros:Price point - I am an occasional plinker. It suits my needs.Cons:Weight and thickness of stock. Overkill? |

I just purchased this gun for my son, and found it to be a great piece. The high velocity and good scope make it great for target shooting, small game, etc. The 1,200 fps muzzle velocity makes it a better candidate for longer distances. Real nice feel in your hands..By Drew from Connecticut on January 7, 2012

I'm very happy with my nitro crossman its very powerful and quiet. Friends that have used it are upset they didn't get the same one as me. The scope and scope mount are allso very nice you won't be disappointed.By Carter from Washington on February 14, 2012

Yes this would be good, but if you want more power, get the .22 version of this.By K. Mere from Botswana on January 15, 2012
