A Good Starting Gun
March 5, 2013
I owned this gun and it took a beating. The pump still works, but it moved. There are just a few external problems, but internally the gun is still in good working condition. I would get this gun for a young shooter looking to get into the world of air guns. This gun won't blow you away with high fps or accuracy because it is not built for that. If I have not said it enough it is a starter gun.
Pros:Shoots both BB's and pellets.
Cons:It is cheaply made, but you get what you pay for.
Tight Shot Group
May 27, 2011
I started shooting this rifle today. The shot groups are tight after I did some minor rear sight adjustment.Good quality, affordable, adjustable butt stock, and shoots both BB's and Pellets.Overall this air rifle is great.I just happen to take out a small bird from a 60 yard distance right in the head.

Really great gun, accurate after just a few minutes of adjustment, powerful, lightweight, Holds a ton of BBs which is great for extended shooting sessions, plus it is inexpensive. The pump mechanism is a bit hard at first but gets easier after a bit of use. 4 or 5 pumps will punch holes thru both sides of an empty soup can at 50 ft..
Nice little BB gun

58 years old and I just got the RCT525 as my first BB gun so I could scare the deer away from my garden plants. With the 4X scope I am amazed just how accurate it is.
