Diana dressed up this version of their 340 N-TEC air rifle with a diamond-checkered walnut stock and an 18-karat gold-plated trigger blade. German-made guns have a serious reputation for high-quality, deep metal bluing and excellent stock work. The Luxus kicks that up a notch! The German Nitrogen-Piston Technology N-TEC gas-piston powerplant will deliver noticeably smoother shooting than your air guns with coiled metal mainsprings. Plus- Diana has done something that many manufacturers said couldn't be done: They've lowered the cocking effort. Leave it to the German engineers to do the impossible! The T06 trigger is adjustable- and it's predecessors have earned a devoted following -- and the T06 version is even better because it adjusts to you instead of the other way around. Let's add this up: Beautifully checkered walnut stock, deep bluing, T06 trigger, N-TEC gas piston, power and accuracy. The Diana 340 N-TEC Luxus air rifle is beautiful inside and out. Get it. You won't regret it!

Pros
I absolutely love this gun. From the workmanship to the performance. What a beauty. I tried mounting a scope on it, but decided to take it off. I guess I like the look without the scope. I have no issues hitting a bullseye at almost 50yrds. With this rifle. It’s very smooth and accurate.

Cons
Nothing.

I just received this rifle and I am absolutely blown away by its performance. I had bought it to compare to my Diana 34 .22 and instead it immediately replaced it. This rifle is fantastic!! I love it

Pros
First, this 340 .22 cocks far, far easier than the Diana 34. Second, the shots are smoother than any hi performance springer and the recoil is not as aggressive. Third, the rifle is super accurate: I mounted a new Leaper UTG 3-9x40 with UTG picatinny rings on a UTG picatinny +10' drop rail and proceeded to sight it in. Take a look at my photo! This is my first and second group of 5 shots at 10 yards after mounting the scope! Amazing. Third, Performance: my 340 N-TEC shoots my favorite pellet, the .22 JSB Match Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy pellet (18.13 grain) consistently at 665-670 fps. That's a solid 18 ft./lbs

Cons
The TO6 trigger has an imperceptible first stage and the pull off of stage 2 is as well imperceptible. With some practice you can vaguely feel where the second stage starts but you wont know from there whe the rifle fires as you continue to pull off. THe TO5 seems much more perceptible but has a nasty creep in stage 2

Nice stock,as expected.Iron sights are worthless.Adjusting screw ran out into my hand and it was still 4 inches from point of impact. Should have done my due dilgence as the rifle is a known dropper by everyone except me.Blueing had a few serious scratches and sight was loose and messed up. Seems to shoot well but having to buy new mount as scope is now 4inches below impact and maxed out. Looking forward to shooting the Daina ,probably should have waited before writting this but even tho it was a refurbish for $459.00 I expected better. I bought a Titan refurbished from AGD and was extremely pleased with condition and it is still a shooter. So far my Benjamin Trail I bought a few years ago holds better groups and more fun to shoot for less money, hope that changes with new scope and one piece mount.

Pros
Nice stock, very nice .Heavy but comfortable to hold.Breech looks to be well machined and accepts pellets well

Cons
Iron sights could not even be adjusted, having trouble figuring that out.Little pricy for refurb in this condition.
