The first time we saw this Baikal, CO2 powered, select fire BB gun, we were impressed. Now that we've had a chance to plink with it, we are truly amazed! The DROZD is powered by a standard CO2 cartridge and six (AA) batteries to give you the ultimate BB gun. The factory claims 360 fps, but our tests have shown speeds over 450 fps consistently!
There are three switches on the Drozd bb gun:
-The first powers up the electrical firing mechanism
-The second is for the selection of fire (1 = single shot, 2 = three round burst,
3 = six rounds burst)
-The third switch controls cycle speed ( 300 rds/m, 450 rds/m, 600 rds/m). The
pistol style magazine holds 30 BBs at a time and the CO2 cartridge!
With the magazine inserted and the butt stock installed, you have the fit and feel of a military style weapon that shoots BBs for your shooting sports pleasure.
Due to new government regulations, all Baikal Drozds feature an orange barrel or tip.

Very well made is the first thing you notice when you pull it out from the box.I added the SMG barrel, very sweet and bulk co2 ( the only way to go) makes this bb shooter a blast! Cheap to shoot, and can shoot almost anywhere.
Ran about 6000 BB's through it so far no problems! Next is the mod chip.
I recommend the blackbird if you dont want to stop shooting. 30 BB'S go quick!

My son recieved the Drozd as a gift. We were impressed with the quality. He went through 3,000 BBs in two days, no problems. The Drozd is the 2010 Red Ryder, must have BB gun. Fast service from AGD.5 Star AirGun and Service

BUY THIS! I've seen this but have never shot one until today and have to say it's a lot more fun than I imagined. Pretty good accuracy even at burst fire up to 20 yrds (haven't tried farther than that yet). Get a longer barrel and you will not regret it. I got the mock suppressor and it was very easy to install. Eats clay targets, glass, cans, and nearly anything else. Recommend eye protection. The service was top notch. I had a problem with my order, they sent me an email the next day and when I called it was already fixed and ready to ship. Ordered late Wednesday and got it on Monday! Pretty fast for HI!

Another great product from Baikal and Airgundepot. Velocity may be lower than listed even with the suppressor kit but maybe needs a little break in period. The sound is great on this gun and works well. The suppressor kit is a must with this gun. Two mags with one CO2. still plenty of gas left in the CO2 but little power after two mags. Will need a second magazine or you will be re-loading in seconds flat.A must have gun and well built. BUY IT, the first person I showed it to will be. Airgundepot is great to work with, fast shipping. Thanks again.

Got my Drozd, pulled it out of the box, attached the extended barrel and fake supressor kit, put in new alkaline batteries, and bb's and let it rip!Awesome gun, sturdy, and might I say, it does look like a real firearm so gotta be careful how you take it out and it does turn heads when it's in action!

- More fun than any of my 27 real firearms! If you like to shoot, you must have one of these.- I put rounds through my Pact MKIV chronograph and they clocked an average 523 fps. Great performance!
- It was very accurate and worked as advertised. I wanted to use lead BBs instead of steel but the lead deformed and jammed. Steel BBs functioned flawlessly but beware of bounce-back when shooting at hard objects. WEAR SHOOTING GLASSES.
-This is a serious airgun and will kill rats and squirrels is you need to. BE CAREFUL. It will also hurt you big-time.
- This gun will have you buying all sorts of cool modifications and extras.That is at least half the fun of owning one. To trick it out, increase performance and share your experiences with others on the various Drozd internet sites.

This was very nice from the start my order was processed fast and shipping was very fast, ordered on Sunday got my air gun on Friday which is super fast for ground shipping and out of the box this gun was nice other than the red tip but it can be painted. Performance wise this gun isn't super accurate on single shot but on 3 & 6 shot burst its fun but Co2 goes very quickly only lasting about 2 magazines but it will go a lot farther if you wait a bit between shots as the cartridge tends to freeze. This gun is awesome to shoot and fun too, pretty good for getting rid of rodents we have rats in the woods near my house and I have killed about 12 so far haven't tried to shoot a squirrel yet but I'd imagine it would take care of them too, this gun will also turn a can into dust in mere seconds. Quick Shipping. Loved the vid, that hooked me. Got it in my hands and it thumps. No toy here. The burst option is annoying, but in a way needed. Accurate. Getting about 2 clips to 1 12g can. Switches are tight and firm clicks. Mag is a lil funny to insert (on mine) but locks in place tight and very well when you line it up. (maybe just mine) Hard Plastic shell completely textured ever so, so you do get a good grab on it. The front is effortless to aim and move with its huge front grip. At 205 and free shipping from AGD I couldnt find a comparable species. Very good electric automatic c02 pistol for the cheap.Drozd Purchase

OUTSTANDING customer service! My order had to be shipped in stages, and communication was great throughout! As to the gun, all the fun of a class-3 weapon without the paperwork. Very heavily built, especially the magazine (no leaks!) but the suppressor barrel really adds a new level to this gun, working exactly as advertised. I tried it both ways and the balance, accuracy, and power are improved with it, plus an undocumented feature, a very appropriate appearance for the noise level! Well worth it. For real kicks, freeze a pie-plate of water overnight, then use the ice-disk as a target, like glass with no clean-up.Fun Gun

Great Mod Gun! You just can't help taking it out of the box and going to town.. spare clip is a MUST! Powerful enough to blast clean through small "body spray" cans (sucg as TAG) at 50 feet, the wife loves the added Laser site. Its addictive in the sense once you get it.. you just can't help but mod the crap out of it, but be forewarned... The mods are easy and each make the 12G Co2 less usable. N cell mod adds a nice healthy boost - co2 use increased to 1 cell per clip (30 shots) BUT after that they are pretty much worthless so may as well have full power for 30 shots versus a dropoff at 40-50. Solonoid mod was simple good for another 50FPS and 220K resistor mod (Versus full auto mod) is cheap and increases cyclic rate to 600-900-1100 but EATS co2 and makes 12G cells useless at full 1200 they freeze up fast. at 900rpm you can pluck off 3 round bursts with a 30 second warmup time and retain some usable power. Speed mods make the extended barrel a MUST have. All in all you fall into the "what can I buy next for this thing" category and just dump money into it like it was a hole, but every time you do.. it still gives back with fun and flashbacks of vietnam movies and "leading" the squirrles up the tree in fast burst mode, just makes you chuckle like a real idiot. I haven't really killed anything with it, I didn't buy it for ruining my concience and I wont eat squirrels but I would like to payback that pesky racoon in my trashcans DANCE SUCKA!! - Buy it its a load of fun!Drozd Rules

This feels more like a real sub-machine gun reverse-engineered into a bb gun. I can't get over the attention to detail and over-engineering. My only complaint is that is doesn't sound anything like a bumble bee - it sounds *exactly* like a woodpecker. Well worth the money.Best in class...

Of course it is only best in class because it is the only gun in it's class. With competition, that title could easily be stripped. Cost saving measures on the stock make this gun a bit of a disappointment as a carbine/rifle. Its bulk makes it a little disappointing as a pistol. The rail at the top is too short... an attached (and thus replaceable) accessory rai,l as opposed to an injection molded rai,l would have been much better.Those are minor complaints, though. The fact is, I OWN A SUBMACHINE GUN! How cool is that?

Worth the price for a can & bottle killer of this magnitude.

This air pistol is an absolute blast to shoot! I am getting about 90 shots per 12 gram co2 cartridge. It is certainly not a toy as the muzzle velocity is around 500 fps. Protective gear such as shooting glasses is highly reccomended. I am having so much fun shooting mine that I wish I had bought one sooner!Hoooah

Each year we all choose a name out of a hat for Christmas. I happen to choose the gun affectionado in the family. After getting analytical about what to get this person I decided toi get him something he never would. So, I purchased the Full Auto DROZD plus 10 thousand BBs, three boxes of cartriges, one spare magazine and two loaders. On Christmas day I made sure I was the last person to hand out my gift to the unsuspecting person. As I knew that once all the other men/boys saw this we would be outside the rest of the day. Well, we were! And went through the first 3000 rounds just getting to know the gun. Worked awesome right out of the box. Reliable and consitant. What a BLAST!!!! This is a guaranteed good time by all. Definetly get the extra magazine or two. This is NOT a toy either. It is quite impressive with regard to small critters at medium distance.
