Be your own air source and save money in the process. No more dive shops- no more pumping- no more hassles. Fill up- shoot and fill up some more. The ShoeBox Freedom F10 compressor delivers exactly what you want: clean- dry high-pressure air anytime you want it. This requires a shop compressor. The Freedom F10 ShoeBox compressor is actually an air booster. You need to hook up the shop compressor to the Freedom F10 ShoeBox and put 125 psi air into the ShoeBox. This joint effort delivers faster fill times.

COST TO MUCH.

I think this is a great tool. I've done 3 fills. Don't expect to just turn it on and go. Watch the how to videos on youtube. The Shoebox has really freed me up. I wish it didn't require another compressor, but I don't think there is anything at this price point that doesn't. There were a couple of glitches in the instructions, and the video on Shoebox is for an older model, not an F10. There was a yellow piece of paper in with the instructions that said you could use coconut oil to lube the felt pads. Then inside the instruction book it said not to use any lubricant but was supplied.

Pros
Cost compared to other alternatives. Gets the job done.

Cons
Conflicting directions. Cost. Over $1000 for this simple machine? Really?

I order the shoebox so I could refill my two tanks with air.

Pros
I grease up up the rods and put the oil on the felt pads, made the connection with my small air compressor set at 100psi and started my shoebox F-10 and in no time I have my small tank filled with 4500psi. work great.

Cons
none

I bought a Shoebox back in February and haven't regretted it since. These little machines are built to last with very little maintenance. Also don't let the slower fill times fool you 1. It's better than paying someone else to fill your tanks and then by the time you get home you've lost 300-400psi because your tank heated up from the quick fill rate. 2. It's safer and easier on your tank and airgun air tube. 3. While waiting it gives you time to prep your airgun equipment. This thing is the little engine that could, just keeps going and going filling all your HPA needs. Also when it is finally time for a rebuild there's very detailed step by step information and videos on YouTube and Shoeboxcompressor.com just disassemble a couple parts and swap out the O-rings. Invest in this great invention and you won't regret it. Big props to Tom Kaye for his genius contraption.

Pros
Being your own HPA source. Easy maintenance.

Cons
None this thing is Awesome!!!
