Mounted this to a CFX, I also posted a review for that item, and the results were fantastic. Accuracy and field of vision are very good and variable power is a must. This i a perfect replacement for the fixed power scopes shiped with most packages. Worth the price all day long!

Lasted only 18 months on my Whisper !

This was the scope originally supplied on my Whishper -22. Planned obsolescence, it made it just 6 mos after the warranty expired. It lost the ability to change magnification first, ring wouldn't turn. Then, would only focus at about 3 feet. Don't waste your time on this scope.

Overall, this is a pretty good scope. It's not made for kids though. When you get this fascinating piece of work you will be surprised by how big it actually is. you look at it and think that it goes on a sniper rifle or something. And it might work on one, too. Another thing i noticed is that gamo realy likes to slap their name all over. there isnt an angle you look at it from that the word gamo isn't visible. Lastly, the reason i gave it four stars is because it's not very durable. All you need to do is to is accidently nock it against something and it doesn't work anymore.
