This is a nice under 10m rifle for all ages. Anyone under 12 may have trouble charging the pneumatic gun. The stroke is still kinda hard with the slippery forend.

Pros
Accurate rifle for pellets and BBs. Both shoot well thru gun. The gun has pretty good fiber optic sights to see your target. Easy to group your pellets due to a good trigger, smooth and light. Rifle is good size for adults. Easy to load single shot BBs due to magnetic bolt.

Cons
Breaking-in the gun was a little difficult at first. The forend stroke would bind somewhat. Anyone under 12 would have difficulty charging the gun. Plus the forend stock is very smooth slippery plastic. Loading pellets is a slow process because the space is small to place the pellets in, half the time my pellets faced the wrong way and had to tilt the gun to try again. The bolt sometimes required an extra push to get the pellet in battery. A lot of plastic build, some molded checkering could help grip the gun better.

I know Gamo bought Daisy. Do you think this Gamo Cadet SP is an updated version of the Daisy 880? Is it reliable and accurate? Is it difficult to pump up fully? Thank you.
