I recently purchased this air rifle from the guys at "Airgun Depot" and i received the order on time and in perfect condition, great service!
Everything about the rifle is top quality it has serious power and is extemely accurate using the "JSB King" pellets. The rifle came with the scope already mounted and, with a few minor adjustments for windage and elevation, i was shooting 1 inch groups at 20 yards. Excellent rifle and great customer service.
Pros:looks great and shoots even better!Cons:it is a little heavy, but not too bad. |

This thing is a beast. Very heavy. Cocking it a few times can serve as your daily workout. Gamo tells you that ahead of time but it's still surprising how difficult it is. I doubt my wife could cock this rifle. Took about a dozen pellets to zero it in. Extremely accurate at 40 yards. Coke cans filled with water just explode. Overall this is a great rifle. You need one of these.

Gamo compared to Walter 25 caliber
November 30, -0001

I have both a Walter and a Gamo, both in .25 caliber. One reviewer states the Walter "is tons cheaper" and has a higher muzzle velocity. That maybe true BUT the Walter is prone to cracks in the stock, only after a few shoots. Uramax (Walters importers ) is not very customer friendly, I can assure you.
The Gamo is built much better and shoots as good,if not better. I believe it will last longer and provide better durability in the long run. When you're spend 300-400 on an air rifle don't go for the cheapest, save up and buy quality.

What is its energy in joules?
Is there a version of this gun that can be used without a scope ( ordinary pointing )?
In what country is it manufactured?
Can you give me an overall comparison between this gun and the webley patriot? For example, which is better, stronger , more accurate, and more durable.
Thanks for your advice,

Answer:
These "magnum springers" are made to take heavier pellets. PBA pellets will damage your piston seal.
