The Gamo Hunter Extreme is adult sized in every way, from the precision steel bull barrel to the extra large power plant. This rifle demands respect with the 58lbs of cocking effort spring piston that will drive lead pellets at 950fps and PBA Raptor Pellets at 1300fps! A large, high quality 3-9x50 scope is included. Ths amazing rifle is a spring piston, break-barrel air rifle that shoots .22-caliber pellets. Gamo's Hunter Extreme attains that velocity shooting PBA Raptor Ammo (50 rounds included), making it a great small-game hunter. The 3-9x50mm scope has an illuminated mil-dot and comes with a one-piece solid mount and raised scope rail. Hardwood stock with raised cheeckpiece(for right-handed shooters only) and rubber recoil pad. Automatic cocking safety. Full-jacketed rifled steel bull barrel. Manual trigger safety. Two-stage adjustable trigger.

I am very satisfied with the weapon. It is very accurate and has the varmit killing power I want. The Airgun Depot was easy to deal with and shipping was prompt. A review I read prior toi purchase complained of poor scope quality and wide hit spread; I find this not true and attribute inaccuracy to poor shooting skills. Great weapon!Gamo Hunter Extreme

Best air rifle I have ever owned. Great range, accuracy, penetration. Loudness, 50 lbs cocking effort and recoil are minor distractions.AirGunDepot made me happy to buy from them!

It't me again,(BuckAmmo) and im writing to sum up things about the shortage in pellets when i bought the Gamo Hunter Extreme .22 Cal. I ordered the gun in my wifes name as a birthday gift to me,HaHa!Anyway I wrote AirGunDepot about the shortage and without ANY HASSLE they sent me 50 more pellets faster than I could ever shoot! This is a heavy gun for a air rifle but a beuitiful gun.I fell in love with this gun out the box.The recoil isn't as bad as people make it out to be,It really shoots great!!Very tight groupings. I found some of my shots hit back to back in the same hole.Now thats tight! Only problem is that it is supposed to come with 50 Raptor pellets but I found they can't count worth a dam.Mine came with 26 and there ain't no way they can misstake 50 from 26.I noticed as soon as i looked at the pack it was short! As for the gun, I'm in love! Lots of power! GET ONE,you won't be dissapointed.cool

This gun has only one word amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is so powerful and will take down and big game best control. If you shoot this gun all day it will realy give you a bad broose on your arrm. There is only one problem with this rifle. It is prettly loud not for if you have niebors right nest door. all and all its a great gun, if your looking for a very powerful air rifle, reach for the beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this gun is very powerful. the recoil will rip the hell out of your arm thought. the scope is also a peice of crap.i recomend the walther falcon hunter over this gun though. great for cyote hunting though all and all its a great gunVarmint Slayer

This rifle is in a word, AMAZING!! The .177 version is good, but this one is great! After sighting it in, I was getting 2 in. groups at 50 yards! A few days ago, I used the Raptor PBA ammo and this great rifle to go hunting. I actually cleanly took a grey fox at 42 yards! Shot right to the head, dropped him! Awsome rifle
