"Even though velocity rates may look the same from brand to brand, that may not always be the case. Hatsan tests this rating using lead pellets, but most competitors use lighter aluminum alloy pellets. What this means for you is that your Hatsan Torpedo 150TH Underlever .25 Caliber Air Rifle will deliver more knockdown power than an alloy-tested airgun with the same FPS rating.Hatsan airguns offer specialty features that come standard within the product line to provide shooters with a better shooting experience.

Hatsan Unique Features:

Quattro Trigger: Advanced two-stage match trigger only available from Hatsan
TruGlo® Fiber Optics: Microadjustable rear sight and front sight to lend more accuracy to every shot
Triopad® Butt System: Maximum recoil absorption provides added comfort, and three stock spacers allow adjustments for appropriate length of pull.
Shock Absorbtion System(SAS) A drop safety interlock device has been incorporated to eliminate the possibility of the airgun accidentally firing if it’s dropped (whether or not the safety is on).
Safety: A drop safety interlock device has been incorporated to eliminate the possibility of the airgun accidentally firing if it’s dropped (whether or not the safety is on).

Great rifle for coon hunting
August 6, 2015
This rifle preformed better than expected, I bought it after months of researching it and debating about it because of so many mixed reviews, then found the risk minimal here with airgun depot having a good costumer service, Any way the rifle it self is more accurate than expected was hoping to get at least quarter size groups at 40 yards but getting dime size. The power is amazing ( it's a tough to cock this thing tough) goes thru a 2x4 at 30 yards with 16 grain gamo pba pellets. My only issue is the rear sights you can't use a one pice mount because of the weaver mount not spaced right or the sight gets in the way, and have to use high rise mounts for this resone

A Heavy hitter.

Gun chronyd 950 f/s first shot out of the box. I attribute that to dieseling from residual oil. Subsequent shots settled at around 650 f/s with 25 cal 24.5 gr H&N Excite coppa pellets. It takes all of my 150 lbs to cock this thing but I love it. It is not a pure fixed barrel in that the inner barrel is enclosed in an outer barrel and slides back and forth when opening and closing the breech. But when locking the breech it seems secure enough to act as fixed barrel with no apparent play inside the outer barrel sleeve which is fixed. It is heavy and weight gives it stability and accuracy. So far I am happy with the accuracy using the iron sights. But this one was made to be scoped to get maximum range. Definitely a mans gun.
Pica tinny rails. Iron sights, Auto safety engages when cocking. Weight saving synthetic stock.
Would have liked additional rails under stock.

Looks great but...

I love the look and the feel of this rifle. The weight of this does not bother me. The cocking effort is heavy but if you're able to do pull ups then it won't be a problem. The rifle I have is only shooting in the low 300 feet per second. This is unacceptable. I sent an email to do an exchange. I would like to receive another one just like this and hopefully it will work properly:-). I will do another review after I break in the next one. I put over 300 pellets through this rifle before I chronographed it...
Sturdy. Bolt action is nice, kinda. Love the underlever but the lever is a bit shorter than a break barrel lever.
Low 300's fps,so far, even with PBA ammo. I hope its just a defect...
