This was a refurbished gun. I don't know what was wrong with the gun in the first place, but when recieved the gun, it looked great and it shoots great too. I 'm still trying to find what grain and what pellet shoots the best. If you or anyone else have any suggestions on what shoots best in this RWS 350P .177 Magnum, I would appreciate it very much. I put a hawke scope on it. Made a big difference in accurcy. So far, I love this gun.

What a GREAT BUY! At $259.00, for a RWS 350P, when this gun arrived I did not expect to much, BUT I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this rifle is. I checked it out looking to find ANY flaws. The trigger blade had a very small nick in it, that was it. I then figured that it looks great and it must be a Lousy shooter, WRONG!! It turned out to be very accurate shooting open sights at 40 yards. It looks great and shoots great. I would like to find out what made this gun a refurb. Quality is very nice, I expected the gun to be an older model that the factory had laying around and wanted to use the older parts, nope!! My 350P has a T06 Trigger and shoots very well. I am still trying to find something wrong with it, but besides a very small nick in the trigger, nothing. It is just an excellent gun at an excellent price. I removed the action from the stock and inspected it closely, to see if I could find hidden imperfections. But the stock was also in excellent condition. I put it right up there with my RWS 34 and 460, neither of these were refurbs. Airgun Depot shipped it the same day I ordered it and I had it a couple of days later. This gun has a Good amount of power and I am very happy with it.

Pros
Gun is nice quality Bluing was very consistent Stock is perfect T06 trigger is Excellent Saved $100.00 from the new price

Cons
Not enough of these in all of the quality guns. There is a "R" stamped on the barrel pivot area by the serial number that designates it is a refurbished gun, other than that nothing.

asked RODOLFO from Mexico

Go to that webpage, where the item you want is. Click on "Add to Cart." (There will be a pop up with other items if you want those) Then click "proceed to checkout" if that is everything you want. When your checking out at the sight and there is a restriction you will get a warning before you purchase the product. There are a lot of different regulations for all different countries and they are always changing, so we have set up an automatic warring if there is a product, based on your location, that is forbidden.

How is the accuracy, trigger pull etc on this rifle? Is the machining and movement of the cocking mechanism in the barrel area smooth and tight? Is the trigger adjustment easy to fine tune? Is the trigger pull short and crisp? Any other recommendations or criticism of the rifle? What scope and mount would be recommended?

asked George

I don't have all the answers to your many questions, but I can answer one. If you want a scope that will hold up to the rigorous tensions involved in magnum springers like this one, then there is really only one scope on the planet that fits the bill. The Vortex "Diamondback" 3-12X40 DH AO, mounted on a RWS lockdown one piece mount! Other scopes MIGHT work, at least for a while, but they will all probably eventually fail from the stress. An added benefit is that Vortex scopes are warrantied 100% for the life of the product, that warranty being passed from owner to owner! How can you go wrong?

Excellent accuracy using the Crosman Premier 10.5 gr Domed pellets (in the box not the tin). Excellent trigger (mine has the TO6) that can be fine tuned and breaks very crisp. Machining and movement of the cocking mechanism is smooth and tight. Mine was new and was hard to cock the first 30 or so rounds, 500+ break-in period before it reached consistency in accuracy (a refurbished gun may already be broken in). You will need a solid 1 piece mount (Accushot) and will probably need to shim the rear ring. The RWS Droop Compensating Mounts do not have enough screws on the straps to keep the scope from shifting rearward. You will need to Locktite every screw on the gun and mounts, due to the harsh recoil. I used a high mount to clear the scope bell so had to add a cheek rest in order to get a good weld, before that my accuracy was not consistent. It will destroy scopes. I switched to a UTG 6-24x 50 on mine and it has held up well so far, takes advantage of the rifles flat trajectory and long range accuracy.
