Because the target is metal, make sure everyone in the area wears safety glasses. Pellets can ricochet. Be sure to also remove all pets from the area to prevent injury from ricochets. Remington's crow field target is just the thing you need to hone your shooting skills! Start off with the largest kill zone, and then make the kill zone smaller with the reducers. That way, you're always challenging yourself and improving. If you're a field target shooter or would like to become one, get this target for home use to practice between matches. If you just want a fun target, this will keep you entertained for hours. In fact, get the whole set of Remington field targets for even more variety.

Well, constructed material. All accessories were easy to assemble. Its a must to have!

Pros
It says that is for practice shooting with .177 and .22 only. But I run some ammo with JSB .25.3 at 55yds and it held well the long distance shoots with my FX Impact. I use it to practice field target with my FTP 900 with 800 FPS and It knock it down as it should be, there are no obstruction when it was hit by the .177 pellets at a range of 55 yards.

Cons
I had to drill some holes to add some pins to the mechanism of the silhouette, since two of the three the lock washers came off in both parts of the arms that were holding the main metal piece attached to the silhouette avoiding to keep the silhouette standing up. Apparently it gets loose with the hitting and the falling during practice. Once It was fixed was working flawlessly. See pictures below. The manufacture should correct this problem otherwise you should check the silhoutte after done shooting practice. Make sure to cover the metal parts including the bolts and nuts were is settle with spray of paint to keep the rust out and lubricate once in a while with few drops of oil or grease in the spring otherwise it will rust. Other than that it well constructed.

I bought 3 of these and will buy more for our club. They hold up very well to guns shooting 12-18 ft.lbs. but will fall to guns shooting at 6 ft.lbs. also. I replaced the reset string as the supplied string stretches making them alittle harder to reset. No big deal. Fun target

Pros
Quality faceplate that does not seem to bend or distort even after a couple hundred shots. Very reasonably priced and work consistently enough to be used on our field course for competition.

Cons
I removed the small friction stop on the base that holds the paddle in the up position as it isn't necessarily and keeps the paddle from falling on some of the "split pellet" hits. Also the reset string stretches making it hard to reset when the target is out at 30 yards + The only reason I gave 4 stars is the base and paddle mount could be made alittle sturdier. None of the things mentioned would stop me from purchasing more though especially at this price.
