Body: I purchased an air gun from AirGun Depot which was very easy on line except I would have liked to know that a signiture was needed for delivery. By knowing that I would have had it shipped to my work address. The other problem was the air gun was shipped using FedEx which for home delivery is the most user unfriendly company I have had dealings with. I would have chosen UPS over FedEx since the terminal is 6 miles from my home rather than 40 miles. But everything else was great.

Customer no-service was extremely poor over the phone. I called no less than 6 times and left 2 messages. No one answered the phone nor did they respond to my messages. However when I sent an email, it was responded to within 4 hours. As for shipping, my only wish is that they not solely use UPS, an option of FedEx would be appreciated. UPS service in my area is subpar.
