People asked for an airsoft rifle to be made in the USA and they got it! The UTG Model 4 series is assembled in the US using the highest quality of components ranging from %100 metal upper and lower receivers, machined metal outer barrel, firearm rated quad railed unique RIS fore grip that allows for large battery storage, durable functioning charging handle, ergonomic pistol grip and a high quality, quiet gear box.
All of the metal parts, except the upper and lower receiver, are %100 machined for durability and reliability. They body is dye-cast by an actual firearm company for UTG's use in this rifle. The barrel is also %100 machined allowing you to have a durable and reliable barrel that will not bend or break if dropped. There is also a tri-rail barrel mounted adapter made of %100 metal that allows you for further attachment of your favorite accessories.
The metal RIS interface on this rifle is definitly the most unique we have ever seen. It allows for large batteries that can have a much higher capacity storage than mini versions. With two simple buttons on the left and right rear of the RIS it simply swings open allowing for quick change outs in mid battle. It also comes with a small space so you will be able to still use mini batteries with out them ratteling around beceause of the empty space!
Believe it or not, our favorite thing on the UTG Model 4 series here at airgundepot.com is the pistol grip. It is the most comfortable grip we have encountered on a full kit AEG. It is a synthetic grip that is lined with rubber and textured for grip and then shammed with a palm swell and small pronounced thumb rest. This however is regrettably only for right handed shooters but even lefties will enjoy the feel of this grip because it is designed so well.
The Model 4 Combat Commando also uses a 6 point LE retractable stock with a free butt bad cushion that is removable.
We highly recommend the UTG Model 4 Combat for the serious airsoft enthusiast and even ones new to the sport. It is both reliable, durable and is matched with a 120 day warranty through the manufacturer! (30 days through us, 90 through UTG)This is an industry first! Most airsoft guns will have issues with in the first 3 months with in heavy use and UTG understands that even something like the model 4 can have issues.
If you don't have one now, get one!

Hey guys, although this gun looks awesome, the quality really does drop after about a year. Think twice if this is going to be your go-to gun. I have had this gun for 18 months and it still works fine, technically speaking. My problems are strictly cosmetic. First of all, I suggest you buy a fixed stock for this weapon. The retractable stock gets wobbly extremely fast. Also, the front rails are actually not made to go on this gun. Therefore, they are impossible to remove without breaking it. This part is also extremely wobbly and must be tightened (which is extremely difficult) with a screwdriver everytime you want to use it. Good gun, if you buy, get ready for upkeep.

If you want the real feel...this is it a little nose heavy with all the rails.......other than that it's great right out of the box....love the large battery and easy access for quick battery change out....always a topic of conversation at events.

I have had this gun for a few months now and the gun is the best gun I purchased to date. feels like the steel version. I shot over 10,000 rounds through this gun and have used it in 10 or more games, I have never had a problem with this gun. It chronos around 360fps after 4 months and over 10,000 bb's shot. I would buy this gun again, like I said before that it is the best gun I own, I have an ics m4, a vfc ak74, and an olympic arms m4, all of which cost me anywhere from $75.00 to $200.00 more and they are not as good as of a performer as the utg.
