Top Picks
These are the first of its kind, a .40 cal airgun slug purposely made for the Epox Badger. The .40 cal is a unique size providing hard hitting power for airgun hunting, but still light enough to travel a good distance. These 198 grain Semi-Wadcutter pellets are sized to .401 and in our testing really achieved greater distances than the heavier .40 cal bullets we offer. If you're looking to stretch out the distance your Badger can reach, these would make an excellent choice.

Accurate and hard hitting out of my .40 cal Epox Badger. There are not a lot of options in this caliber. So this heavy/middle weight bullet might be right for you.

Pros
Great for punching perfect holes in paper. I like them fo longer range shooting at steal targets too.

Cons
Fist off, it’s not the bullet’s fault. It’s my rifle’s fault that it doesn’t have the power to really push these slugs faster. A solid slug going about 750fps doesn’t expand at all. So it’s not much good for hunting imo. I think a lesser weight slug for target practice has a better trajectory and is less expensive. Price! I have lead moulds for other calibers and weights. I find $20 plus for a of box of 50 cast Bullets is outrageous! You can make your own for pennies each. Or buy them off the net for about $13/100.
