Excellent airgun at a good price
The trigger can be easily remedied with a 5x9x3mm bearing (or washer) and a Phillips screwdriver. I used 2 30 cent washers from my local hardware store, and lessened the trigger pull dramatically- no need for a $40 trigger replacement. Also recommend putting a better scope on it, but the included one is useable
ProsPowerful, shoots consistently over 1200fps with PBA pellets and well over 1000fps with lead. Very accurate, I can shoot half inch groups from 30yds.
ConsTrigger has excessive creep, but can be easily fixed. Scope could be better. Louder than I expected, especially with PBA pellets since they go faster than the speed of sound and produce a sonic crack.

Great Air Rifle
Received this very quickly after I ordered it. I haven't put many rounds through it yet, but once I sighted in the scope is was spot on. It has a nice feel to it, not too heavy, and the nitro piston definitely shoots better than a pump rifle, the kick is more like a 22 rifle. It requires more pressure to pull back the barrel than a traditional spring break barrel, but not bad at all. It is definitely quieter than my spring break barrel and all in all a very nice air rifle. I like this nitro piston much better than my break barrel. It came well packaged and I am very pleased. The only thing I am changing is the trigger for a GRTIII trigger, the stock trigger is a long pull and not very adjustable.
ProsNice feel, just the right weight. Shoots very well. The scope is okay, it will do for now.
ConsNothing really, I'm very pleased with this air rifle.

Great air rifle for the money.
I got this gun because my Crosman Phantom was starting to show it's age after 5 - 6 years. I can't comment on the scope or stock trigger. I upgraded both of those before I even shot this gun stock with a 3-9x40 and a CharlieDaTuna GRT-III. This rifle does shoot VERY nice. It's a lot more comfortable to hold than the Phantom. The stock is more ergonomic (for me anyway; especially with the pistol grip). It's a tad lighter which helps the balance. This rifle holds groupings very well at 25 - 30 yards, which is as far out as I'm able to shoot here at my house. I can't comment past that yet as I haven't had enough time with the gun. My first few shots were very loud. It's already starting to quiet down. It's a great gun for the price, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a decent break barrel. It's built solid.
Pros-Lightweight; balanced -Ergonomic; comfortable -Has storage compartments in the butt -Nitro Piston
ConsMy TR77 came with just a small amount rust right where the barrel 'breaks', but I was able to remove it fairly easily. Shouldn't have to do this on a brand new gun though. Also, upon inspecting the internals before it was ever shot, I was not impressed with the lube job. Hopefully other TR77's are lubed a little better out of the factory than mine was. Fixed that up, and other than that, no problems. This is a great gun!
