Long, gritty, heavy trigger, the spring piston shakes and slaps hard the thumb hole bottom plug falls out and the rifle is not very accurate, I would not recommend this rifle.

The N-11 is a very good rifle, chrony test using 24.85gr. pellet gave a high of 685.695fps = 25.95 fpe, using 31.02gr. pellet gave a high of 613.517 fps= 25.93fpe. this rifle shoots very consistent, I zero in at 35 yards, one inch groups using either pellet. This rifle is lighter then my trail 750XL and my 125 sniper and puts out over a foot lb. more then the 750. The only thing that this rifle needs are sling mounts for field use.

I just received my gun on 8/10/2017. I purchased mine in .25 caliber. I purchased this rifle as a challenge to see if I could make it a shooter. I was surprised of the power and accuracy out of the box. The JSB 25.29 gr pellets, in a 10 shot test, chrono'd a low of 646.3 FPS, high 657.0 FPS, average 650.9 FPS, extreme spread of 10.73 FPS and a SD of 3.0, (Amazing!). The 19.91 H&N avg. 727.5 FPS. I had an old Crossman trigger I completely re-worked and polished, installed a 2.5X5X8 mm bearing, and polished the sear. Very nice trigger now. I shortened the scope mount screws (Read Cons Below), and replaced the standard stock screws with socket cap screws (Allen) M5-.8 x15 mm (two front) and an M6-1.0 x16mm (1 rear of stock). Use blue lock tight to secure these. I thoroughly cleaned the barrel, which was not too bad. I mounted Picatinny rails on the sides, and installed a BSA 30mm 3-12 x44 mm (Side focus/ etched reticle) I have 200 pellets through it. My last 5 shot group (JSB 25.3gr) .38" from 20 yards. I would pick this over the Benjamin XL-750, MUCH more accurate!

Pros
The stock is nice looking, has really good power (24 FPE), excellent accuracy and is relatively very easy to cock.

Cons
The stock is nice looking but the "Skull" finish is cheap and is already peeling off, I would improve the finish on that. I am not going to exchange the rifle because this one shoots well. Odds are I would get another with a stock that peels but not as a good shooter. The open sights are nice looking but DO NOT WORK. I had the sight adjusted all the way down and the gun was still shooting 6-8" high at 20 yards. The trigger is horrific but can be fixed. It is the standard Crossman trigger (China) without the adjustment screw. Also one of the worst quality control issues is the scope mount. The screws holding the rail down are too long and scrape the piston tube when you cock the rifle. I'm surprised they haven't corrected this issue yet. The screws need to be removed, shortened and re-installed. Also, the gun has a HEAVY recoil which makes it a potential scope killer. QC Needs Improvement!
