This Rifle Is A Squirrels Worse Nightmare!!
December 21, 2013
I initially bought and received a RWS34P from AIRGUN DEPOT and after about 150 rounds fired through it a problem developed with the spring I requested a rma from AIRGUN DEPOT and they immediately sent me a pre paid shipping label to return it I returned it and decided to go with the 350p Magnum because I wanted a little more power, and let me tell you I was not disappointed this rifle is amazing it is deadly accurate and has the power for 1 shot instant kills I have taken several squirrels and a possum in the first week I received this rifle and all taken with 1 shot initially I was nervous about buying this rifle as I read some reviews about people complaining about it being difficult to shoot well all I can say is I have had no problem shooting this rifle and it is deadly accurate at 30 yards I can group 5 shots within the size of a dime this rifle has exceeded my expectations in every way. The only thing I could complain about is it takes quite a bit of strength to cock this rifle after about 20 rounds my arm is sore but it is something I can live with because I understand to get this kind of power you can expect it is going to be difficult to cock other then that and again I am in no way complaining as I wanted the power if anyone is considering one of these Magnum rifles all I can say is go for it you will not be disappointed it may cost a little more but in the end you will agree it is well worth it there is an old saying you get what you pay for!
Deadly Accurate, Extremely Powerful, Fit and Finish is second to none, High Quality Craftsmanship all the way! Highly Recommended!
Takes some muscle to cock this Magnum but you get use to it.

Worth every penny.

This is the first real pellet rifle that I've owned, but not the first of this quality that I've had the pleasure to shoot. Honestly, it's evil and makes short work of small game. It's very accurate with Crow Magnum pellets and holds a tight group at 50 yards. It has a nice kick to it, an easy to use/conveniently placed safety lever, and a light trigger. I would suggest a worthwhile scope, and run a variety of pellets through it to figure out which one works the best. Never used Iron sights. The only downsides I see is the weapon is on the heavy side, and it's pretty long. A short person might not like the carry. In addition, charging the weapon requires some amount of strength, not much of an issue for me, but some people may not like that either. Overall quality, impeccable.
Quality, accuracy, power, trigger, and ruggedness.
Weight, length, plastic front sight hood.

great gun with plenty of power
January 29, 2013
I'm 49 years old and have owned and shot for 42 years with 2 benjamin model 342's, 2 crosman 760's, and one daisey red ryder. However, this gun is the best I've ever owned or shot, it's a springer and you can't shoot it like a pump airgun or lever action BB gun. You have to hold it gentle and run at least 400 pellets through it, then it will settle down and please you to no end.
Full size gun, power, quality, accurate, and the rugged stock.
Coarse sights needs to be .019 high vibe bead instead of the 0.29 bead. Some of us are getting to old for the coarse sights

RWS 350P Magnum, great rifle but defective front sight
February 26, 2012
I love my 350P magnum. Accurate and powerful... but was disappointed that to sight it in I had to move the rear sight to the extreme left mark and just a couple clicks from the lowest position. It turned out that the front sight was rotated counterclockwise (as seen from the rear sight) making it low and left. I removed the front sight and examined it more closely to see that the flat area inside the front (that locates it on the barrel flat) was not parallel to the top of the sight. I guess the mold it came from is off. I am using a scope now so it is a bit of a don't care but would be nice if it was "right".
Power, accuracy, generally well built, reasonable price/performance
front sight, too heavy

RWS Quality
October 14, 2010
I have been in the Quality Assurance field for 35 years so I can tell quality when I see it. I own an RWS Model 34 in .177 cal. and now the Model 350P Magnum in .22 cal. Both guns are on the large size but since I'm 6'5" they fit me well. I've had the Model 34 for about 9 years now and never had a single problem with it. I expect I'll see the same from my new Model 350 P Magnum. Love the power and accuracy in both guns and they both allow me to practice at home when I don't have time to take out the big guns.

RWS 350P Magnum Synthetic Stock
October 13, 2010
I have had this rifle in .22 cal. since Aug 2010 and shoot it daily in my back yard at 20-25 yards with double layer horizontal and vertical 2x6 douglas pine wood boards as backstop (6ft x 8ft wooden wall backstop). I shoot .22 cal rimfire grade spinners and paper targets with .22 rimfire bullet trap with 1/4 in thick steel walls. You will need this because it penetrates 1/2in. deep into the 2x6 boards and ordinary pellet traps will be dented over time and destroyed. I love this rifle! Very accurate and powerful. Dime size groups or Quarter size groups if I do my part with open sights. The synthetic stock is a great addition to my RWS rifle collection. The bluing deep and rich and the black Synthetic Stock is beautifully made and durable. I need not worry about dents and scratches like on my other rifles with wood stock. The fiber optic sights are fantastic. Easy to adjust and see. The 350P Magnum is hold sensitive and seems to shoot low at 20 yards 2 1/2 inches when held semi-tight with the recoil hitting my shoulder. It will hit the bullseye consistently if I let it float in my hand balanced and the trigger hand and finger just squeezing the trigger and guiding the sight (the artillery hold) and just allow the rifle to recoil and not fight it. The RWS Superdomes 14.5gr, and RWS Superpoints 14.5gr pellets shoots accurately with this rifle. The Crossman Premier HP 14.3 gr pellets are also very accurate and less expensive--but dirty. I got rid of pests around the house including pigeons, magpies and sparrows. They roost at the other neighbor's house now down the street! I would strongly recommend this rifle if you are in the market for a powerful magnum air rifle. Be patient, break it in (500+pellets), check and tighten the two stock and trigger guard screws often, and when the gun settles down, locktite them in, and you will have no problems. Be sure to use a UTG Weaver mount adapter on the RWS scope rail to prevent scope from slipping backwards if you plan to scope it. I like using just open sights as my quarry is no more than 50 yards. Happy shooting, be safe, and know what is beyond your target--especially with this airgun!

if given a choice wich would you get ,walther tallon 22cal. or rsw350 22cal. and pockets are a little thin.

By Conor from Sunnyside, Washington on August 25, 2012

Well the Walther Talon will be your best bet seeing that "pockets are a little thin" but accuracy is going to be a little better with this compared to the Talon.
