Overall the rifle is good. After about 150 rounds the gun will shoot a 5/8 group at 10 meters. The velocities were 680-700fps with the crossman HP 14.4 grain pellet.The trigger pull average was 3lb 12oz 3/8 stroke. Im sure if you used a more consistant pellet and put a good trigger in it the groups would get a lot tighter.
I'll let you know how it goes.

The scope should be an AO type, focus at less than 20 meters is limitedif you have to adjust the eye piece for reticle focus.

this gun is amazing. crossman really did a good job this time with their nitro piston technology. it also shoots a .22 cal pellet which really helps when shooting game. i would love to have a nitro piston rifle because they are better than the spring rifles.Pros:

The nitro piston is a sealed gas chamber that is used in place of the spring chamber that you would see on other air rifles. The gas in this chamber is not used up and thus never needs refilling. The way it works is the gas chamber is compressed like the spring chamber would be and when the trigger is pulled it decompresses, once again like the spring rifle would.
