Airguns are designed for use by experienced shooters. Misuse or careless use may result in serious injury or death. May be dangerous up to 300 yards.

Our High-powered airguns are recommended for use by those 18 years of age or older. Read all instructions before using. The purchaser and user should conform to all laws governing the use and ownership of airguns in their local area.

We cannot and WILL NOT sell to minors.
All airsoft guns must be shipped with a 1/4" blazing orange tip, no exceptions.
All packages containing airguns will ship Adult Signature Required (Packages containing airguns and airsoft guns must be received by persons 21 years or older).
It's up to YOU to know the laws in your state, county and city and to fully comply with them. The following are examples of some state and local restrictions governing airguns and airsoft guns: Airguns are restricted in: New York City, NY, its boroughs (Zip Codes 100xx-104xx and 111-114xx, 116xx), New Jersey, Michigan (certain products restricted but not all), Chicago IL and Washington DC. We cannot ship co2 or blank ammo to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, overseas, or anywhere requiring air shipment.

Please read our full return policy here. Please also understand that we reserve the right to refuse any return and to require that certain items be returned directly to the manufacturer for service. Please describe you reason for return in DETAIL. If the item was defective please describe the problem with as much DETAIL as possible. If you were sent the wrong item let us know which item we sent. WE TEST ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE SENT BACK TO US. IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.

	I acknowledge that Airgun Depot will examine and test all defective merchandise that is returned to ensure that it is indeed defective. IF THE MERCHANDISE IS DEEMED NOT DEFECTIVE IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

	I acknowledge that used merchandise that is not defective can not be returned

	I understand that there are no returns on Echo 1 USA, Caspian Arms WE, ICS, Olympic Arms, Special Weapons and TSD Tactical Airsoft Airsoft products and all warranty issues are handled directly by there respective distributors. Click here for the complete policy.

	I understand that there are no returns on any used or damaged Tactical Gear unless the items is defective.

	I acknowledge that defective merchandise that does not have the manufacturers box (excluding clam packs) and paperwork cannot be returned and warranty issues must then be handled through the manufacturer.

	I acknowledge that merchandise MUST be shipped back in a shipping box and not the manufacturer's box. If items are shipped back in the manufacturers box they will be refused.

	I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee that an RMA number will be issued and that any returns shipped to us without an RMA # written on the outside of the box will be refused.

	I understand that all Airsoft items are subject to repair before a return or exchange will be issued.
