Great air rifle for the money. I like the heavier weight because it feels a bit more like my other centerfire hunting rifles. The build quality is great. Very easy to sight in both with iron sights and the included scope. I just wished the scope had an open riser scope mount so the iron sight can still be used for the closer shots. Overall, it's a great air rifle. Can't go wrong with an RWS.

Gets the Job Done

The local animal control recently took out the wild coyotes and now the little rabbits are reproducing like crazy and are everywhere. I ordered online, adjusted the scope (online took about 15 pellets which is awesome) and waited until night. Put on my headlight - looked for those shiny eyes and BAM. RIP little wabbits... If you want to target practice, pump up your arms (the break barrel is heavy - which also means it is little kid proof) or like me, control pests - this thing will get the job done. I highly recommend it.

Wow...I should have bought this one first!!!! I have had so much fun with this rifle!! You can't beat the RWS name. I bought the 34P Panther. This rifle is so accurate. The 4X RWS AO scope does a great job!

The gun itself is great. The scope mounting hardware is not great. After tightening everything 15 times, it's still loose and loosens up even more after shooting.

NOT a Toy

I've owned serveral pellet rifles and this is by far one of most macho models I've shot. It's heavy and recoils like some powder rifle. Best of all...it nails whatever you aim for. I would never refer to the RWS 34 as a "toy". What toy throws a pellet at 1000 feet per second?
