This BB gun is not available in Sweden, so i got it from airgundepot.com, and I must say it´s a blast! 80 dollars for this little sucker is a bargain, even with Swedish customs fee and taxes (29% extra) it´s so worth it.It sprays BB:s like crazy, but fairly accurate. 300 BB:s per dual CO2 I think is a decent estimate, but the first couple of hundred BB loads are extra fun.
I got the Walther Shot Dot - green dot point sight and the UTG - Ambidextrous Foldable FOREGRIP for Weaver Rail accessories for the Steel Storm and it works great in combination.
Don't think - buy!

Umarex has released quite the little beast. From the aesthetics to the performance, this airgun is just plain cool. I've shot about 2500 rounds so far without any problems. It's loud, but not TOO loud(backyard plinkers shouldn't have to worry unless their neighbors are evil haha). Single shot mode yields good accuracy at 30 feet. I can hit an old car antenna at that distance about 75% of the time(with a red dot sight). 6 round burst mode is giggle-inducing fun, and tearing fruit apart with it is a blast. Time your trigger pulls and you can empty the mag in under 3 seconds (Get Some!)-but those bbs spray with much less accuracy than in single shot, obviously.
I can shoot a full hopper of 300 bbs before needing new co2, sometimes a few more. Rapid firing will super-cool the powerlets and you may lose some velocity, though i think that's common with most co2 airguns.
Add some accessories to the picatinnys and you've got the most "tacti-cool" bb gun on the block. So what are waiting for? Go get one Now!!!!

Frst time I had it ordered I was a little afraid of the results. But I'm very happy with it!It shoots sometimes true my door! Very strong, and heavy.

Looks real, a bit too real. You can't walk about your suburban back yard with this thing cause someone is liable to call the swat team. Works as advertised. Nice and loud. I like the simple design. Seems well built, considering the low price. Dangerously underpowered. The FPS is not high enough to pierce a 2 liter plastic bottle, but high enough to hurt bad on rebound. Wear a full face shield, because every one of those bb's is coming back at you. I have a Drodz and it is 3 times as expensive, and not as reliable, but the BB's stick in the target.Pros:

Awesome machine gun with power!Added a BSA red dot sight and underneath a swat spotlight with pressure switch on the triggerguard.
Had an unwanted burglar in our backyard Halloween night and he barley got away! Darn I really wated to blast his ass!
He heard me warning him to come out and take his steel medicine and jumped the 8 foot fence in terror leaving his hat behind.
The cops were combing the neighborhood for this jackass and caught him around the corner. Lucky for him the cops got him first!

This gun is great for the price. I purchased the Walther Shot Dot green dot sight for it along with a foregrip, and this thing rips! Very fun to shoot, and if you remove the CO2 and let it warm up a little, you can shoot more than a whole hopper on just two cartridges. Awesome gun and I already have my cousin wanting one!BANG BANG

this is a very cool gun. 300 shots for 2 co2 cartridge is worth it and lots of fun. very powerful. i've been shooting it and haven't had a problem yet. also it's is loud when the co2 is fresh. when i shoot this gun my neighbors dog wont stop barking.umarex steel storm

This gun is super accurate! At 40 feet i hit a pop can with both the single fire and 6 round burst. i also take out chipmunks from 10-35 feet. The power is outstanding. I would recommend this gun to anyone!!!bb gun

The gun is fun to shoot but first day spring on lever for tension on BBs broke so I have to hold pressure with one hand and try to shoot with the other. 2 handed firing not nearly as much fun. Bad design but it would be fun other than that.One other small thing that needs to be improved the cap after filling with BBs just slides closed and slides open just as easily losing lots of BBs everywhere.

I never thought I'd enjoy a bb gun as much as I enjoy this one. It's agressive looking, chews up cans in seconds, and with a red dot sight it's accurate. I never quite figured out why they put a single shot switch on this thing because 6 round burst is way too much fun. If you can't get the Drozzt because of some silly state regulatory rule, get this. It's just as good if not better. The only issue is that if stored a while between uses the co2 magazine sticks in the hand grip.cool stuff

Hey Guys its Nicolo Again,if you seen my review for the SA177,Well I got to say and show the 5 stars on the Steel Storm,i have about 4 of umarex's airguns and the steel storm is one of them,the auto pistol with the built in magazine is just great,yeah the co2's are in the clip but to me it wouldn't matter,who would care,besides you could 300 rounds to spare in side the gun,the rails,your choice to put a scope,dot site,flashlights all the accecories you want on it,the power and sound is great,but what they couldve add on is a positionable stock,small clips for a sling,other than that great gun great buy.STEEL STORM UMAREX

I purchased the Steel Storm . Thats when I truly realized how much more I prefer pellet guns ! The Steel Storm is very easy to operate and use . " BUT " Its alittle on the crazy side .. Great gun for just unloading on anything in your sites ! Double co2 Cartridges , and need lots of them ! BBs are just all over the place ! Overall not bad for a fully automatic BBgun TOY !! I own three pellet pistols that I truly enjoy , and could not be without them ! If you want real nock down power the Crosman 2240 .22 Calibur Co2 Pistol is the real deal !! " Watch Out " Because that gun has TRUE power , and being .22 Cal , you will kill what you are shooting at ! Also HIGHLY recomend RWS P5 Pistol , GREAT GUN !! Love it . ACCURACY can not be beat ! Just as accurate as a rifle , with awsome power ! And for alittle less money the Crosman 357W is so much fun , again lots of power , good accuracy and very realistic . Every one of the pistols I have I would trade them for NOTHING ! AGD has alot of info to do research before you purchase . But the Steel Storm just was not for me ! I truly dont care for BB guns . This is a good gun for the price. I am sure it is selling like crazy and will keep doing so. I have wanted a Drozd for a long time and when the Blackbird came out I was drooling after waiting for it to come to the States. I couldn't justify spending the $500 or so it would have eaten up to buy the gun and the mods. The Umarex give me a great compromise. The power is right where it should be for a blowback CO2 gun, and the accuracy is decent in semi-mode for a smooth-bore bb shooter. It won't match a Crosman 1077 shooting pellets through a rifled barrel, but the trigger feels better and the semi-action is smooth but a long pull. When you get used to it though you will learn that you don't have to release the trigger all the way before snapping off the next shot and this allows you to knock the center out of a nickle-sized circle in semi mode. Unlike most people I prefer the semi-mode. Spraying is fun too but I don'tlike shooting unless I hit what I'm aiming for with all the shots. Maybe I need to shoot larger targets :) Build quality is great and the operation is impressive and solid. The dual CO2 setup is plenty. You can get about 200 shots - 300 is pushing it as you will get lots of projectile drop and bounce backs as well as the gun uncocking itself and firing doubles on semi for lack of gas. Overall, I am impressed. I am so impressed with Umarex, I will try more of their products.Steel Storm Tactical BB Gun is Impressive

I like the 30 shot limit of the built in clip, otherwise, I would probably empty the 300 round reservoir in about 15 seconds. The power is good and the accuracy of mine is about the size of a hand at 20 feet. I added a laser sight, which is nice to have on this gun. BE SURE TO WEAR SHOOTING GLASSES, THERE WILL BE A LOT OF AMMO IN THE AIR.good gun

Overall the gun is worth the money. As long as you go in thinking it is a toy rather than a serious airgun you will not be disappointed. Plenty of bang for your buck. More fun for the kids than the adults. If you want an adult airgun get the Drozd instead.The gun out of the box is a little cheap feeling and looking. It does not seem very durable, the plastic is the kind that if you drop it hard enough it will crack and break.
Tested on a chronograph the velocity was 420 fps average. Accuracy on single shot is ok, plenty good enough for paper targets and tin cans. Accuracy on 6 round burst is almost non existent.
Very easy to load the BBs, the mag is easy to remove and replace but my one complaint is that you need a special tool to tighten the Co2 cartridges in. Granted the gun comes with two of these tools they are both tiny and can easily be lost.

I just got my steel storm yesterday, and let me tell you what fun I have had since. A friend of mine has a 20 foot shooting range set up in his attic. I have shot about 1500 rounds through this already, and found the accuracy to be very good. The wieght and kick back action on this gun is great. very quickly cut soda cans in half. I do wish the 30 shot clip held 50 or 100 shots. you will go through alot of bb's very quickly. The dual co2 cartridges seem to last longer than I thought it would. I got about 200 to 250 rounds before having to change cartridges. A big double thumbs up on this one.Totally awsome!

This has GOT to be the greatest bb gun I ever saw or fired. Yes you can fire a single shot per pull, but why would you want to when you can fire a true six round burst?! Forget about the Drozt. It uses expensive batteries and has too many bells and whistles. This thing is add 300 bb's, insert 2 co2 cylinders and fire. I shredded a can into shrapmel in under a minute and still had plenty of bb's and co2. This is truly a very memorable gun and really sticks out from the crowd. It's like the old saying about the AK-47.... "It makes a very distinct sound." The trigger is so light that I could even pull it with my off hand where I also have a broken wrist. Simply the best gun in the barn!Holey targets, batman!

The gun is plastic as per usual, but looks quite cool. It's similair to the drozt but better in a few ways. It has some kick to it for realisim, simplet to fire than the drozt, and it a serious intimidation factor. weaver accessory rails are a nice touch since it seems to be getting harder to find accessories for a dovetail. I only wish the gun had a barrel extender and removeable rifle stock or wire stock like the drozt. I guess that's the reason Umarex came out with the EBOS. I am planning to get hold of that one too. I was surprised that I got the gun earlier than expected. Good job on that one! This gun gets my rare 5 stars rating.Perfection

While this prduct is not currently available at the time i am writing this i love the gun concept. It i much like the AAE Drozd but is not as complicated. Using purely CO2 and having only two options makes this item obviously simple and desirable.CAN'T WAIT TO GET!!! :-)
