The original Walther LGV match gun was made in the late 1960s and early 1970s and was the best of Walther's breakbarrel target air rifles. Walther's reintroduction of the LGV is actually a series of 5 guns with different stocks, sights and muzzlebrakes. This is the LGV Master Ultra air rifle, and it comes with upgrades not found on some of the other guns. Beech stock: If you're a traditionalist and prefer that your air rifles be made of wood and steel, this model could be a perfect fit. The beautiful ambidextrous beech stock has twin raised cheekpieces and checkering on the pistol grip. When you shoulder your rifle, you'll immediately sense the proper fit and perfect balance.
