AirForce Condor Air Rifle - .22 Caliber with Spin-Loc (gun only)
AirForce brand air rifles are considered to be some of the most advanced rifles available. Using aircraft grade aluminum alloy, space age polymers and state of the art production techniques you don’t just get a typical air rifle, you get a technologically advanced piece of machinery! With outstanding power, accuracy and advanced production techniques, AirForce air rifles will not disappoint. The AirForce Talon is the original AirForce rifle that offers one of the best combination of power, weight and balance available.
The Condor is the pride and joy of the AirForce line. Let alone is it the most powerful PCP rifle, in its caliber, on the market it is actually more powerful than any spring piston rifles we carry! It features a 24 inch German made Lothar Walther barrel to allows you to achieve unbelievable accuracy with groupings of 1 inch or less at 75 yards! Its canister is much air tank is much different from the standard AirForce tank because it uses a special valve system to pull the best velocities possible.
Being a PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) rifle, a pump or scuba refill clamp must be purchased or you will not be able to fire your rifle. We recommend the AirForce pump to insure you get the maximum power out of your rifle with out having to lug around a Scuba tank or take it to get charged constantly after each outing when using the Scuba Refill Clamp with Adapter. Both are excellent ways to charge your guns pneumatic system and get it ready for shooting.
The Condor has many other highlights, like the easily adjustable power reel that is located on the barrel, a two-stage adjustable trigger and automatic safety as well as the ergonomic feel and overall light weight.
Don’t forget to pick up a scope or standard optic sights for this rifle or other AirForce accessories because they are not included with this package. It is also recommended to pick up a gun case and .22 caliber maintenance kit of your choice to keep your rifle in excellent condition.

good all around gun

I got one of these a few months ago. I have around 33 years of airgunning experience. I hold 5 consecutive local club championships for field target,, 6 years of military service and never missed a single target on the qualifying range. I lost count long ago of how many countless shots I fired. I'm not trying to brag, just qualify this review.
I bought this gun because I heard of it's legendary ability to be able to hit a 1 inch target at 100 yards. Most air guns are good to around 50 yards at the very best which is perfectly fine for hunting and most target shooting. And to a pro 50 yards and a 1" target is a challenge. No doubt I'll be using it within 50 yards but I wanted the challenge these guns give to push the outside limits of gun, shooter, and ammo. To make this easier this gun is recoilless. It will hold on the target even after it is fired whish is a huge help in reaching out and getting those very long range targets. This helps alot when you are taking a target at normal ranges. If you can hit a target at long distance a close to medium distance target is going to be hit with precision you simply can't get in a springer that bucks and jumps with every shot. My advice to people thining they want one of these, go ahead and get one. They are an excellent gun for EXPERIENCED air gunners. I know there are kids thinking they are expeienced. Sorry, you are not. To get the most out of one of these guns you still need years of experience and discipline. If you are 13 and think you are going to be reachin out 100 yards consistantly and amazing eveyone. This won't happen. Even with all my experience, a highly tuned condor, an expensive sighting system, and a ballistics computer, that money shot is never guaranteed. If there is a slight cross wind down range that pellet is going to be pushed off target. However if you want an accurate rifle at normal ranges, this is a gun for you. Plus you can modify this gun easily. Change barrels with two hex wrenches, add scopes, lasers, foregrips, bipods, and more to make it uniquly yours and bleed every millimeter of accuracy you can from this amazing gun.
Pros:Highly and easily modifiable shooting system.Cons:Nothing to dislike except to get all the accuracy out of this gun, be prepared to spend some serious money. This is not a gun you are going to pull out the box and be shooting 100 yard targets on your first shot. |
