Made in the USA
Special formulation for use with high compression CO2 gas and airgun seals, moving parts and pump actions. Cleans, lubricates and protects metal. Special formulation improves performance on a well-used airgun. See operating instructions in your manual before using. Crossman recommends a drop on the tip of every third AirSorce (88 gram) cartridge to oil the seals inside the gun. If you do that, your gun will hold gas for years and years.

I will not use my air guns unless...
...I can take proper care of them and this really helps I strongly recommend it for the prolong legitimately of your air gun

I think the low price is wale worth the value you get maintaining your air guns the CO2 cartridges have to be penetrated and a little lubricant helps the Piston to do that
ProsLonger life and performance of my air guns that take CO2 cartridges
ConsN/A.
Best UsesA little dab will do you just a drop or two per CO2 cartridge is not much at all very inexpensive and maintains your air gun so well

Great Value For Money
Not much to say here. If you shoot airguns, you know how important proper cleaning and lubrication to be. The use of silicon based lubricants is a staple of airgun maintenance. This product is tried and true and represents a perfect fit for the airgun enthusiast.

The only lube for my vintage Crosman's!
This lube is the best thing for the vintage Crosman air guns, like the 760's, 66's, 160, 180, ad infinitum. Designed to lube the internal seals and pump piston of the pumper and Co2 rifles.
Best UsesAlso good as an assembly lube when replacing seals in the above mentioned air rifles. This stuff will ensure your rifle will hold air/gas as intended when properly used. Just 2-3 drops on the pump piston every 100-150 shots, or as needed.

A must for CO2 guns
A drop on the cylinder is all you need to keep a good seal. So far, I've kept the same cartridge in for three weeks and the gun fires just as good as it did the first day with only one misfire out of 36 current shots.

Works fine so far, no negative issues with it.
I used it as recommend in the gun manuals. It seems to do the job it was made for. Because I'm very new to this type of sport shooting, and I've haven't done much shooting yet, I can't at this time say how well it will preserve the seals of my pistols into the future.
ProsSo far so good. As priced, it is well within my budget. I'm a retired senior and must preserve my gun investments. As reviewed by many others. I'll trust their experience for now, until I learn for myself how good this oil is at preserving the seals of my pistols.

I've used this oil since I was a kid. Awesome.
All I can say is it does its job well. I use it every time I shoot and it keeps the parts moving smoothly and also preserves anything metal.
ProsLasts a long time and has kept my gun parts operating smoothly and preserves as well. I know they're other oils that are cheaper, but this is just plain convenient.

Necessary
I have used this product since it came out. With CO2 power cartridges starting at over 1000 psi at room temp, a drop on the top is necessary for a true seal, and helps the CO2 to last longer. Not using it is asking for trouble.
I also lube my pellets and BB's with it. It produces a marked increase in the "punch" when they hit. They seem to hit harder on the target.
You cannot go wrong and a tube lasts a long time.
Great product.
ProsGood seal.

The oil is very good, but can only give 4 stars because the bottles consistently leak, and I've had many through the years and they've all leaked, after opening it for the first time be sure to store it upright or the next time you go to use it you'll be picking up an empty bottle.

very easy to use add a drop on the co2 tip and stick it in the gun. It oils and keeps the seal and prevents leak. It also makes it look cool when you fire off your first few shots and it looks like smoke out of the barrel.
Prosas advertised and oils the gun properly.
ConsThe only reason why I give it a 4 star is because the cap of the tube doesn't seal properly and some oil wasted around the cap. I am cheap and want to save every drop.

Break Barrel Rifles
In big bold letters on the back of the card this comes attached to it says: NOT FOR USE WITH BREAK BARREL AIR RIFLES.

Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered one when I bought my Nitro Dusk break barrel air rifle. You know, one that uses an air filled chamber instead of a spring. Silly me for thinking that made it a "pneumatic" gun. It was only $3, so it's not worth returning. Guess I'll give it to the kid next door that just got a Daisy BB gun for his birthday.

By Staff on April 12, 2012

Answer:
This oil is for the Co2 seals on a pneumatic airgun, it really depends on what you would use it for. There are other oils that would likely work better.
