Can you adjust the upper holder in small fractions to get right on target

It has a short leg on the tripod which could be longer to add stability. Also, the stand doesn't adjust short enough to use in the kneeling position.

Tripod legs has one that is a little short? Also doesn't adjust low enough to use in the kneeling position. Our state (oklahoma) allows use of the stand when kneeling in air gun competition.
