Yes, it is standard practice to have a spray can of "marker paint", such as bright pink, to "renew" the targets from time to time.

Use the screw holes to secure the targets to the base, so you won't have to be chasing around your hits.

Function.....they fall over, then u must tip them up.....massive time consumption. I only have so much time on Earth.

These were a great small bonus included with my gun purchase and made sighting and zero-ing my aimpoint a breeze. The sizes are small, with the Ram being about 2.5" (if that) and they get smaller as you go, so don't expect to be shooting them from any serious distance beyond 20 feet or so, I had trouble seeing the chicken from that distance and the red dot on my aimpoint covered it entirely.

These are sturdy, bright and the perfect small target for plinking. I was zero'd in within seconds using these. They are sturdy enough to withstand the strike of a 500 fps pellet, without any dents or pits.

They are very small, the chicken is maybe an inch. The paint is very soft and was all but removed after 10 strikes. It's easy enough to spray them with a rattle can if you need to.
