Pros
Makes improving the iron sights very simple and inexpensive. Installation was simple, only involved tightening two screws into my (modern) model 397 Benjamin. Using a bench rest at 50 feet it took a couple of adjustments and little time to bring to zero. For a $40 upgrade, it was a no brainer.
Cons
On the package, Williams Sights says installation instruction is on their website. It is not. I sent an email to their support staff and got instructions that this staff member had created himself. The instructions were fine and gave me the detail I was looking for. Williams could do a better job in that regard.
