There are adjustment screws to assist you in 'siting in' this laser. The adjustments are VERY sensitive ... move perhaps 1/8th turn at a time at most, then check again.
Pros
While this was easy to install on my Crosman PSM45, its usability isn't all that great, due to a very weak red LED dot coming from it. If you are going to use this INDOORS, in a dim basement range, it will probably work for you. However, if you want to use it outdoors, forget it ... far too dim to see. I have laser pointer pens, which use the same battery power (3 LR44 cells) which have a MUCH brighter output than this. Disappointing ... at best.
Cons
Dim output ... only usable indoors for short (25 feet max) range.
