Keep an additional Px4 Storm pellet pistol magazine at the ready and loaded for quick shooting action. There's an 8-shot rotary clip on one end of the stick mag, and another one at the other end. After you're done shooting the first 8-shots, drop out the magazine, flip the mag and insert for the second 8 shots! Since it shoots BBs or pellets, you'll have more flexibility with ammo choice. You can even alternate between BBs or Pellets.

We recommend using RWS BBs and Pellets.

Use RWS Meisterkugeln pellets with this clip!
February 8, 2012
Wonderful clip system , fast, easy reload, no jamming on my refurbished PX4 Storm. I am here to buy at least two more of these clips. Can't reload fast enough with one clip. I am able two rapid fire all 8 shots within about 5 seconds accurately. And I am literally having a blast with this weapon system. I can't understand why people are having issues with jams. Umarex states to use RWS pellets with this weapon repeatedly.
ProsEasy to load, no jams, no issues. Drops right out of gun to the ground for fast reloads. Great for backyard practicing to concentrate on reloading technique.
ConsI don't have enough of these clips.

I really like my Beretta Storm. This is my fourth magazine for it, and at 16 shots per, that's 64 total, and pretty much what I shoot with one cartridge. They are easy to load. I use RWS Basics and Hobby mostly, and both fit well. I seat them gently after loading. I have never had a pellet fall out on me except when I dropped the magazine on the floor once or twice. No hassle shooting these, no jams, no misfires. They seem very well made and are assembled with tiny screws which means they can be opened up if necessary.
ProsFit well, work fine, top quality.
ConsShould maybe be two for $15?

Works flawlessly.
ProsWorks well.
ConsI was out bof my usual pellets, and found a tin of Swiss Arms all purpose pellets. As I found the skirt on these is a hair larger in diameter. They split one of the devideing spokes, making that end a six shot. Metal or tougher plastic people!

You need a couple of these!!

Fun magazines and a must for the Beretta Storm. These take both pellets and BB's. Put a drop of oil on these and it helps to make the rotation a smoother process when pulling the trigger.
ProsTakes both .177 pellets and BB's

Just as advertised

I like having a couple loaded clips so when I am rapid firing I can hit lots of targets before its time to reload and put up new targets.
ProsWith lots of ammo I can obliterate the center of a target in no time :)
ConsI seem to be going through ammo and CO2 more... wait... is this really a con?

Load three clips and birds at 20-30 feet won't know what hit them. Some people have complained about the plastic but I have dropped mine, had the pup chew on it and loaded in the field dirty with no problems. I do not recommend pointed pellets i.e. 8.3gr and prefer not to use bb's in the back yard because they tend to bounce 3 times or more which could lead to some problems. With matched set pellets you'll never miss a shot they go through stay away from really cheap pellets.

Ammo Picky Clip

Wow! Love the Gun! 100% Hands down, the best blowback air pistol on the market.

Small Glitch though with the Clip. If you load Gamo PBA Raptors... after your first clip of 16 pellets, the clip will become damaged.

This clip does not like the harder Alloy Pellets! It definitely doesn't like Gamo Raptor PBA's, or Any PBA Ammo. The little plastic bumps inside the clip that are meant to hold side pressure on BB's, get smashed flat, and or get ripped off by the harder alloy, less forgiving pellets. The clip has a magnet that does hold BB's even without the little friction ridges inside the cylinder that you load each pellet into. The problem is... after you've done the damage, all of your pellets (even standard lead target pellets) will be loose and floppy, and simply fall out of the clip. (Front of the tapered cylinder in the clip too!) Mostly they fall out of the 8 round cylinder in the clip from the back.

Stick with soft lead pellets with this pistol, and get two more clips for added fun and longevity. The plastic is too soft, and the clips simply do not last long enough. Even with the minor clip issues, go and get a Beretta PX4 Storm by Umarex! This Pistol is 98% due to the clip issue, but 100% in the Fun factor.

I agree with KunaScotty & Clips... I've had problems with these magazines too. I'm shooting the Gamo Match pellets. Between jams and the clip sticking to the point of having to pry it out; it doesn't make for much fun. Shame, cause the gun is awesome!

good gun , have fun with it
November 30, -0001
I got this gun as a birthday gift in the Summer . Is fun to shoot although buy lots of CO2 as it gets roughly 40 good shots on a cylinder . The first 10 come blazing out and jolt your arm , the next 30 hold very strong and smash the cans and bottles . After that the gun starts to slow but hey , the gas is cheap so why not ? The clip does get damaged with PBA as Scotty noted in his review aswell , I did the same thing and it stripped the clip making the pellets floppy when inserted . Those are meant for single shot guns not rotary clips . Crosman Destroyer pellets are light and seem to work well with this model .
