If you would like to order and live in the following areas, please read the next paragraph for instructions. Blank firing guns and blank ammo cannot be shipped to California , Greater Chicago, New York City and surrounding boroughs, Washington DC, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Puerto Rico, with certain exceptions. Hawaii or Alaska can order blank guns but due to shipping restrictions we can't ship blank ammo to Hawaii or Alaska(you must purchase your blank ammo locally). Please see exceptions below:

Exceptions for Restricted States:

Orders are accepted from restricted states from local, state or federal governmental agencies. In California, non-governmental orders are accepted from TV/Movie studios or third party prop suppliers, stage acting theaters, licensed firearms dealers, schools and universities. Government or California business orders, as defined above, can order online with a credit card but must also fax a purchase order or signed letter on company letterhead to 801-363-8818. After we have a letter or purchase order on file for you, you will not have to fax it again for subsequent orders unless the shipping address is different than your first order.

Orders from Residents in Unrestricted States:

If you don't live in one of the restriced states listed above you may purchase a blank gun online with a credit card. No purchase order or letter is required. All orders for blank firing replicas are shipped with adult signature required.

Due to federal restrictions blank ammo can only be shipped ground. Air shipments are not allowed. This includes 3 DAY SELECT, 2ND AND NEXT DAY AIR and USPS PRIORITY MAIL. If you choose one of these methods of shipment and your order includes blank ammo we will automaticlly change your order to UPS Ground and adjust the shipping charges accordingly.

SAFETY

BLANK GUNS ARE NOT TOYS! Never ever point your blank gun at another person (except for movies, plays etc where that type of behavior is expected). Even though they don't shoot a projectile they can be mistaken for the real thing.

Do not carry your blank gun in public. It should NEVER be carried on the street, hidden on your person, or left carelessly in your car. Do not leave it where it is accessible to unsupervised children or irresponsible adults. If a police officer sees you with one he will shoot first ask questions later. These blank guns look and sound real.

Wear ear protection when firing blank guns. The 8mm round is very loud and can damage hearing. When using a blank-firing, stage prop pistol, always fire them with arm fully extended and at a safe distance from any other person. Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction. NEVER point any blank-firing or stage prop pistol at any person.

When blank-firing stage prop pistols are fired, gunpowder gas is vented forward and sideways through the front of the cylinder, NOT from the muzzle. This gas is hot, and may contain small particles of powder debris. At arm's length it dissipates harmlessly into the air, but if your hands, face or other parts of your body are in close proximity to the vent hole it can cause burns, cuts or abrasions.

Blank guns have been specifically designed to fire one of the following: Brass .22 Short, 8mm, or 9mm blanks. They are constructed of an alloy totally unsuitable for use in a firearm and any attempt to convert these blank-firing or stage prop pistols to take ammunition other than those listed above many cause the pistol to explode and could render the user liable to prosecution, and or subject them to great harm.
