Just install battery, and turn it on, no problem, seems to work great, am very pleased, will be used for air guns (naturally) and slingshots that I build and sell, chrony is built and made very well, simple, works well, good investment for anyone interested in tuning or performance, the lighting kit would also be a nice addition, that I did not get, Will get along without it, 5 stars for the chrony.

Really happy with this little Crono, great features, light weight easy to get to the range and back. does throw an error once in a while but so what. Truly an indispensable tool for setting up an air gun.

Essential in dialing in the best setup for your air rifle. The unit is easy to use, and understand, offering important stats in helping determine the best pellet for your gun, as well as the best air pressure for those pellets, so as to get repeatable accuracy. Additionally, I had no issue with it working in any conditions outside and I was able to get results from everything between and nerf gun to a real rifle, without issue.
