Your RMA Request has been emailed to our Returns Department, it will be reviewed and we will email you a response shortly. This process can take 1-2 business days. Please note that forms submitted late on Friday, on Saturday or Sunday will not be reviewed or responded to until the following Monday. Please note that you will receive an email with your return request form ticket information, this "Ticket ID" is for reference purposes only and is not an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This "Ticket ID" is normally emailed within a few minutes, please let us know if you do not receive this ticket information within the next 24 hours.

Ticket ID Example: ABC-###-##### / RMA Number Example: 4#####-AB.
