It shoots fairly accurate. What I hate is the loading mechanism. It is alright harder to load this gun than normal, because it's loader isn't a magazine its a slit in the side

Pros
Holds co2 well and shoots accurate.

Cons
Loading sucks

This air gun is ok for a cheapy. After about a year and about 7 air cylinders the seal is gone. The trigger pull is so long and hard it makes the pistol inaccurate for anything longer than 20' and keep any kind of grouping. I bought this for bat control in my house. Some how they get in, and I have a 30' vaulted ceiling which makes it hard to hit these guys, as they are the size of a silver dollar when they are roosting. So for plinking it is ok, for what I needed it for, not so much.

Got this pistol for my son and he loves it but several months after using it the seal gave way and the co2 cylinder would empty instantly when puntured. I am returning it to Daisy for repair or replacement.

HAD THIS GUN FOR OVER 3 YEARS . LEFT HALF EMPTY CYCLINDER IN IT FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS AND STARTED LEAKING SO BAD COULD NOT GET 2 SHOTS OUT OF A NEW CYLINDER BEFORE IT WENT EMPTY. LIKED THE PERFORMANCE WHILE IT WORKED. VERY HARD HITTING. BUT AGREE WITH SEVERAL OTHER REVIEWS THAT THE TRIGGER PULL IS TO LONG AND HEAVY. FOR THE PRICE HAVE REVIEWED SEVERAL OTHER SIMILAR GUNS AND STILL FIND THIS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST DEALS IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND A LOT. BECAUSE OF LOOKS DECIDED TO SMASH OLD ONE PRIOR TO DISPOSAL AND WAS SUPRISED AT THE DURABILITY WHEN HIT WITH A 2LB HAMMER ON AN ANVIL IT TOOK SEVERAL BLOWS TO SHOW MAJOR DAMAGE.

Great little gun for the money, took it out of the package, loaded, stepped out the back door and hit the 25m target 15 times, not all in the black, but not bad. Feels good in your hand. Not as heavy as a real commander 45, but for hard plastic it's nice.

Bought it for 44.95 shot 100 rounds on 1 CO2 and great power (penetrated foam backstop and wood backing) would recommend just make sure you have CO2 and bb's becasue you'll love shooting this gun

My gun leaks the co2 every time what can I do?

asked Erik

Most guns will leak a little until the CO2 tank is seated. Don't over tighten. Are you using Crosman Pelgunoil on the tank tip? You should as this will help.

richard from USA

does it shoot 6mm bbs

asked tully

It shoots .177 BB's. Here are some that you could use in it. https://www.airgundepot.com/daisy-4000-bbs.html

Scott from USA

How many BB's can it shoot until you have to refill the Co2 tank?

asked Leo

After about 30 you may feel some drop in the speed and less accuracy at 15+ ft then you better replace the CO2 tank in the handle.

Simon

1. How fast can it shoot? 2. Whats the thing below the clip? 3. How many BBs does a clip hold?

asked Maverick

1. FPS 480 2. The screw is to tighten the Co2 into place. 3. 15 Shot built-in bb magazine

Scott from USA

Are the co2 cartridges threaded?

asked Richard

No they are held in place by a bolt.

Steve from USA

how many bbs does this come with and which kind bb is the best for this gun

asked John

Daisy Avanti is considered by many to be the best BB. Higher priced too.

richard from USA

Any .177 bb's will work, it comes with only like 100-200 bbs in the tube.

Conor

It says it holds 15 Max Speed BB's. I'd just try different brand BB's to see what yours likes. It used to be Crosman was best when the Copperhead first came out, but then the quality dropped down to Daisy level so I don't know who's best anymore. I wish someone would offer real BB's, I'd pay the extra for them.
