I gave up on the darts. I ordered some plastic ones from “you know who” but haven’t gotten them yet. Had issues with the cylinder not cycling easily and not lining up exactly with the barrel so got some jams with pellets. The pellet would hit the barrel and get stuck. Very frustrating as a gift. Eventually pellets worked fine but I purchased it as a dart gun and will be disappointed if the new plastic darts don’t work well. I would not recommend the dart kit. The gun is cool and I think that after I lubed all the parts that move, things got better and the problems went away.
Pros
The gun is nice. The CO2’s are fine.
Cons
The darts suck. The gun would not cycle cause the cylinder would not cycle to the next bullet. It would move a little but not cycle. Didn’t happen on every shot but did on every full load. Had to keep trying and working it while it was empty of CO2 and pellets. Finally after about 20 min of trying it was acceptable. Darts jam a lot. Even at 20’ away the darts go in too far.

Pros
This little gun has been a lot of fun once you get by the nuance in the con section. It shoots 1 inch groups with the darts at 3 meters - surprised me. Didnt think darts would fly that consistently. I found the best way to load the darts was to remove the bushing from the cartridge, place the dart in the cartidge until it tail is just flush with the back of the cartridge and then install the insert pushing the dart into the cartridge and apparently catching a few of the tail "feathers" and keeps the dart from falling through the cartridge as the gun is handled. You need to blow out any left over "feather" pieces at each reload to make sure none foul the bore.
Cons
This gun needs to come with instructions that state you MUST lube the spring loaded ferrel (gas seal) at the front of the cylinder and the face of the seal at the rear of the cylinder on the frame (gas seal) with a high quality synthetic lube. Out of the box, the cylinder will jam and stick and cannot be reliably advanced by the trigger mechanism. Once the lube is applied it works like a champ!
