Pros
Very quick and easy to load this mag.

Cons
I bought this extra mag so I could have a spare one when hunting pests, but this mag is too wide to fit my .22 Crown (I see that others have the same problem). I had to loosen my barrel and move it out about two paper widths and then re-tighten it. It will fit now, but then my original mag is too loose.... so one or the other will be useless.... so just buy the original mag (if you can find one any more).... the original is built waaay better than this flimsy mag anyways!.... the original will probably last way longer as well.... so I am out 70 bucks! I am very disappointed. I give it 2 stars because it is easier to load that the original, but the original is better in every other way!

does this mag fit the fx streamline?

asked Caleb Reeder

No, this mag will not fit the FX Streamline because the mag has a larger/wider edge where it slides over the barrel's pellet hole (makes sense?). However, you can use the Streamline mini mag in the Crown.... but it is a bit sloppy.

What’s the difference in this magazine vs the $79 magazine? The $79 one looks like my original Crown magazine. Is this less expensive version a newer model?

asked Jim

Well, I guess you could call this less expensive version a newer model, but it is more like an "after market" model. The more expensive model is the original FX version, which in my opinion, is far superior to the after market one..... THAT would be the difference between the two. And as an added note, even after I altered my FX Crown barrel to accept the new version, the "new" version did not fit as snug as the FX Crown Original. I would highly suggest that you pay the extra money and get the better magazine!

with this also fit a dreamline ?

asked John from USA

As with the FX Streamline, this mag will NOT fit an FX Dreamline. It's the same as buying a Toyota Corolla with an automatic or standard transmission.... the car is the same size. Note: If you have a Dreamline, I am happy for you because of the multiple adjustments you can do to it compared to the Streamline..... however my Streamline is insanely accurate!! Happy shooting!
