Great performance nice shot groups at 100 yards
These are quality pellets and perform well. I have my rifle zeroed for 100 yards and can shoot less than 1 inch groups.
Best UsesThese are fine for squirrels and other small game.

Sweet in a Maximis
Recently purchased a .22 Benjamin Maximus and this is the first pellet through the barrel after cleaning. These are very accurate out of the maxi and seems to give me a few additional shots per fill over a lighter pellet.
ProsNo deformed pellets to speak of, very consistent shape. I haven't sorted my tin yet but the ones I've shot thus far have loaded consistently in the breach.
ConsA bit pricy but I can't argue with the quality.
Best UsesGreat for target shooting but loads of energy downrange for hunting. Will be my go to hunting round. 27 FPE @ 820 FPS muzzle velocity, 20 FPE @ 40 yds.

Best .22 pellet
Absolutely love this pellet, did my research before settling on these. Perfect weight, length and balance gives a great punch followed by a loud pop as it exits longways through watermelons cracking them almost in half from the shock! Used in my old Benjamin NP that I've repaired and improvised numerous times, (screw shipping and Crosman who never get back to me) I have put around a million rounds through it though. That being said, even with no scope because the picatinny rail came off due to the B.S. welds breaking that were holding it to the piston tube, so with no sites these pellets are far more accurate than anything else I've ever used. Can't wait to get a PCP!!!
ProsEverything.
ConsNothing.

Quality top-of-the-line pellet
Shot for different pellets jsps being one of them at 25 yards they all did well but out at 50 yards my jsb just far exceeded anything the other pellets could do I hit less than a half inch group five shots at 50 yards you can't beat that however there is one other pellet I'm going to try I don't think they're going to beat my Js bees I think if you try em you like them.
ProsOnly three skirt deformities no Flyers Dependable pallet

Loose pellets
When I try to use these pellets they would just fall right out of the breach of my break barrel some looser than others and accuracy was not good.
ConsI've read reviews where the same pellet in a177 is also under-sized

In my Marauder Gen2 this is an amazingly accurate pellet, as long as you order the 5.53 head size pellets. Dime size 10 shot groups at 50yds when everything is working right.

.22 JSB Diabolo Pellets
When I received these pellets and opened the tin many of the pellets were damaged so I have to pick thru them and throw out the damaged ones. Otherwise they seem okay. I am still breaking in my air rifle so can't comment on groupings with these pellets yet.

My most accurate go to pellet!
I shoot this out of springers, gas rams, PCPs, with total assurance of accuracy and good impact. Excellent quality pellet, a little soft on lead, but allows for good penetration, and will give some expansion. I do not have a rifle that does NOT like this pellet. In my PCPs, I can do 10 shots in a dime at 30 yards, every time!
ProsAccurate, repeatable.

super accurate pellet!
I use these in both a benji break-barrel and a crosman 1322 that has modded to shoot harder. They shoot nice size groups at 25 yards with the 1322 and 40ish yards with the benjiman (TItan NP)
Prosvery consistent grouping, easy to load and are a perfect (in my opinion) weight for both of these guns.

Well made
I'm impressed with the quality of these pellets. Unlike some cheaper brands, these seem to fit perfectly in my Hatsan. They also group very well. Dime sized groups at 30 yards all day long. They are devastating to ground squirrels.
ProsVery well made Shoot consistently Hard hitting in .22 cal

JSB 18.13 gr Pellet
Most accurate from my rifle so far..The pellets are very clean & the weight variance is practically acceptable with out weighing. I found the BC not as high (from my rifle) as advertised on some web sites.

very nice pellets
These pellets are very nice. They did not shoot well out of my Benji Trail np 2 but there is no disputing how flawless these pellets are. They are just perfectly made. I think they didn't work well out of my gun because it likes the lighter pellets more than the heavier ones. I really like them and wish they shot better out of my gun, but it is a finicky eater.
Prosexcellent uniformity, heavy
ConsWould be nice if the tin had a screw on lid.

Outstanding accuracy!
I purchased a tin of 500 to test in my Discovery. 5 shots inside of .240", group after group. Makes the Crossman Premiers look pretty pedestrian at .500" groups. This was at my 50' indoor range (basement). My Discovery has a BSA Sweet 22, 2-7 power scope (adequate for the purpose). I just got 4 more tins of this outstanding pellet, so, I should be in good shape for quite some time. I can't imagine finding a better pellet, at any price.
ProsTop notch accuracy!

Not Consistent, but a potential high performer
Some of these come in small, and do not engage the rifling. A modification to spread the skirts can help immensely. Watch the Youtube video titled JSB Diabolo Exact ***Pellet Modification*** for more info. You place a BB in the skirt and tap it with a hammer to spread it out slightly. The Benjamin Marauder .22 barrel is on the large side, so smaller pellets don't shoot that well. Some batches of these pellets are larger and work great. Others need this modification. Without being modified, some pellets can keyhole and not even hit the paper at 50-60 yards.

The best for my Hatsan
My Hatsan AT44-S10 Likes these pellets, It also likes the Crosman Premier Hollow points, but these JSB are more accurate at ranges over 100 Yards. Every gun is different as to what pellets they like, but these JSB and the Crosman Premier Hollow points are good places to start your search for that perfect pellet.

Be Careful and Order One Tin First
I don't know what's going on with QC at JSB, but these pellets used to be loved by my synthetic-stock Marauder .22. They were so accurate, that when I couldn't find 500 count tins I ordered 5 250's. These all shot like buckshot. At 30 meters, I couldn't keep groups within 10cm. I measured the head diameter and they varied between 5.43 and 5.46. This seems WAAAAAAY too small. I switched to H&N Baracuda Match 21.14 w/5.53 head diameter and they are tack drivers. I'm not going back I contacted JSB regarding what seems to be a manufacturing defect and received no reply (as of yet). This all adds up to a huge turn off, I've read that there were bad batches of these pellets manufactured late in 2013, maybe these 250 count tins are from the same. Regardless, they are too expensive to take that kind of chance. I recommend trying one tin first, be sure they shoot as expected, then load up. You may just save yourself some money.
ProsUsed to shoot well, the previous 500 count tins.
Consterrible groups with my most recent 5 250-count tins. A total waste of money.

1 Hole
These pellets are top notch. I have yet to find one of the pellets with a damaged skirt or other imperfection. With my Air Arms S510 Xtra FAC these pellets are hole in hole at 35 yards with no flyers. They outperform any other pellet on the market. I just wish they sold these in 1000 count tins. Definitely my pellet of choice.

jsb jumbo in benjamin discovery
I have had my disco for over 2 years, so I know pretty good what it does and I'm comfortable with it. Most people say that the most accurate pellet in this gun is the crosman premier hollow point, but I was only getting 1.25-1.5 inch groups at 50 yards, and felt like it was capable of more so I got a couple brands of pellets i heard were generally accurate pellets. I am very happy with my results, these JSB pellets are the most accurate pellets i have shot in my rifle. My rifle has a heavier hammer spring with a tension adjuster turned down, with the crosman pellets (14.3 grain) I am getting 895 fps average with a 2500 psi fill. With some 22 grain pellets I was getting 760 fps, so I figure these should be going around 820-830 fps. I'll post a picture with my results at 30 yards with the top target using h&n field target pellets, the middle with these JSB pellets, and the bottom with crosman premier hollow points. These are 5 shot groups with the exception of the crosmans, as my first shot was off a new fill and may or may not have been a good representation of their accuracy, so I fired 6.
ProsAccurate, good energy transfer to target.

Best Ever
These are by far the best pellet in my Benjamin Marauder. I've been getting .5" groups at 40 yards non stop. Sometimes much better. Just need to find the correct head diameter for your barrel and your off to the hunt.

Excelent Heavy Hitters!
My son and I use these pellets in all our .22 air rifles. We've taken numerous raccoons, rats, crows, squirrels and when in season, turkeys! They are hard hitting and accurate!
ProsOut standing product. Works great in RWS rifles & Benjamin/Sheridan pump guns!
ConsA tin with a screw on top would be great!

Accuracy and Quality
I've found this to be a good consistant pellet in my Benjamin nitro piston rifle. With some modifications to the rifle it delivers repeatable accuracy with only the occasional "flyer". Quarter sized shot groups at 75 feet are no big deal.
ProsOverall quality of the pellets is excellent far better than the Crosman pellets I've tried. At this weight the pellets are not deformed in the container and appear to be reasonably consistant in weight with only the occasional "flyer".
ConsStill too many flyers, and accuracy drops significantly at 40 yards.
