If you favor quick follow-ups and a flatter flight path, the JSB Match Diabolo Exact RS is made for that style. RS stands for Rapid Speed, borrowed from Rally Sport models in the auto world, to highlight its lighter, faster characteristics. Its lightweight 7.33-grain design with a domed head delivers higher velocity and straighter trajectories than heavier pellets. It’s ideal for target shooters, plinkers, and anyone using pistols or lower-powered rifles who want consistent, accurate performance. Comes 500 to a tin, so you can shoot longer between refills.

The most accurate pellets I have tried so far in all of .177 pistols and rifles.

These are good pellets to keep on hand. They shoot well in many of my low to medium powered rifles.

Pros
Lightweight gives high velocity in lower powered rifles

I was looking for a pellet that shot well out of my Gamo Silent Cat that was going to be consistent enough to not be annoying. These were not only not annoying they were really nice. I shoot 20yds mostly for practice and I can literally stack these on top of themselves. I also shoot the occasional squirrel as then get in the pecan trees and they do a great job. Recently I have picked up a Hatsan 95 and they shoot well from it also. I am not disappointed with these at all and as long as I can access them I will continue buying them

Pros
Very consistent

Cons
A little lighter then I would like for rabbits and squirrels

In 10 meter match guns it's either this pellet or the 7.87 gr. that shoot best at 25 yds. and out to 50 yds or beyond...

Pros
Yeah...there are a few flyers but they are rare....

Cons
None...but the occasional flyer

would this be too light for the Diana 48 or the m98? Should I go a bit heavier?

asked cory from USA

Personally and Im no expert, but I would try a little heavier pellet out of guns like that, if you are shooting at longer distances, light pellets lose velocity, quick over longer ranges, at closer ranges they might work great, I have an R7 and they work good out of that gun.

Glen from USA

is it lead?

asked nick

Yes
