Pros
Nothing.
Cons
If it was made for airguns, they should trash that idea and start all over. Started out good...then..all of a sudden, wouldn't hold zero. Bottomed out. Completely disappointed.
Pros
The multi-color helps aiming at the target due to the contrast in color. The quality of the scope is great. The adjustment knobs are easy to use and the locking features are a great feature.
I had mine on 2 magnum springers, absolute scope eaters for almost 5 yrs before the scope wouldn't adjust up any more. UTG replaced with brand new one I am currently using. Most important thing is have a digital copy or receipt; you'll need that. I am getting a 4x16x40 for a new springer I just picked up.
Pros
Clear glass, great adjustment turrets, durable
Cons
Really not much, 30mm tube maybe
Shooting the Hatsun 125, .25 high power monster we use to hunt iguanas here in south florida. My buddy had the same rifle and an upgrade scope. I did somewhat better with iron sights than the bundled scope. And slightly better with his scope. But it took dozens of shots to adjust because I was missing the target half the time at 15 yards. Never have I shot so bad. Could not even get the image right due to distance from occular.
I decided a decent scope was the ticket and selected the UTG 2-9 40mm. I also picked up a one piece ring mount, Accushot High Offset Pro Mount. Because I really wanted that offset back to my eye.
What a world of difference! Initial shots at 10 yards was within 4” of bullseye and corrected with just two shots.
Ten more shots at 25 yards within 1 inch circle including final tweak.
Parallax and diopter adjustments easy and sharp. Imaging perfect.
Going hunting this afternoon in the local canals, iguana kill shot is the size of a dime, this should be great!
Pros
Immediate and huge improvement
Haven't had a lot of time with this scope as yet, but I already have two scopes from this
company that have been proven performers and I have no doubt this one will do what
I need. I mounted it to my new Benjamin Marauder in .22 cal. and after around 45 shot or so
I like this combination. Scope is clear, and adjustments are clean and crisp. Mil-dot recticle
is very nice,
Pros
Thus far I like everything about this optic.
Cons
None
Easy setup, put it on a Benjamin Prowler, way better than scope that came with rifle.
Holds zero, even on my break barrel.
Been using this scope 3 years now . It is on my Ruger Yukon and be it is my squirrel hunting gun. Killed dozens of the little critters and love it.
Pros
Not to expensive very well built and holds zero very well.
Cons
Nope
Attatched this scope on a benjamin trail np elite. Works great. Only issues i have come across is the colored crosshair are rather dim and the veiwing angle has a very narrow sweet spot.
Pros
Clear image holding zero very well.
Cons
Dim color and narrow sweet spot

Mark from USAI have a Gamo Swarm Whisper fusion 10x will this scope fit or is it too long for the magazine? Maybe the UTG Bug buster would be a better fit because it's more compact? Not sure if this is going to fit wondering if Airgun depot would let me change my order since it hasn't shipped to the UTG Bug Buster since it's the same price.
asked Gregory from USAWell I had a 12 3/8 inch scope on The the first Gamo 10x and it was to long but u can slide the rail on the gun back and it will fit
Lane from USAGamo says for my rifle the scope needs to be under 12 inches this shows as 12.6 inches? How would that work and still clear the 10x gen 1 magazine? I see most people mount the UTG BugBuster to Gamo swarm 10x.
Gregory from USAThe scope will fit. You need 1" high mounts to clear the magazine system.

asked JordanI have a Gamo Bull Whisper and the scope it came with is now broken. I just hunt small game and don't plan on shooting much over 100 yards. Based on experience, does anyone recommend a different scope? I'm planning on buying this one but if anyone has another recommendation let me know!

Have had this scope for a few months now. Has been on 2 of my break barrels. Currently mounted on my Hatsan Mod 130s, not a light plinker. While mounted on a 8 1/2 lb. gun, it fell over and the scope hit the concrete 1st. Bent the tube a little. It has continued to hold zero and functions as it should. Im not the guy thats gonna spend $300 on a scope. UTG has earned my business. I have this scope, 2 4-16x40 hunters, and 2 3-9x32 bugbusters and not a bad one yet. I dont think you can beat them for the price, plus they have a lifetime warranty. Save your receipt, and youre set.
Pros
Price, durability
Cons
At the price, none
