This case is terrible. The hinge system isn't strong enough to hold its form, and individual hinges come undone each time the case is closed.

I don't use this case as a safety case, so I have no input on the paddle lock option. If that is a concern, buy a trigger lock.
I label what gun is in the case. This labeling establishes my opening with proper top/bottom orientation.

Pros
I really like these cases because they stack nicely when having more than one of them. The latches work great and I've had my cases for a few years and don't see a weakness in the latches. There is plenty of room in the case to store my pellets. I typically have 1 pack of pellets and 1 pack of cleaner pads. All pivot points (top/bottom of shell) the latches are pin pivots vs plastic bending on itself. Price is good for guns that just need to be stored, carried and stacked.

Cons
The gun is not pinched in the case foam when closed. It shifts a bit from normal carrying. The low price is not for safety or locking of the gun. I believe the locking mechanism is more so it doesn't pop open on accident.

I bought this since it said it would fit a rifle with a large objective lens scope.
The Benjamin Marauder is packaged with the Center Point 4x16x40.
The rifle does not fit. Not even close.
Otherwise looks like a serviceable case, that's why I gave it two stars.

Once closed the case opens on the back hinged end if the width of the gun or scope is just slightly over the compression of the foam inside.

Light weight but for the price acceptable. Four snaps to keep it shut and a place for a padlock but it would be easy to force open. Secure enough for my environment where I just want it protected at home. As stated in other reviews, the shell is a little flimsy and I would't use it for shipping a gun but it protects my 10 lb gun and 1.5 lb scope fine.

Purchased this case for the Benjamin Trail NP2. Just fits the rifle and scope. The padding and case will protect your gun for transport in the trunk or bed. The handle area could be beefed up.

I bought this case to carry and store my RWS 48, it has a lot of room for the gun and mounted scope, the padding is decent but, the plastic is a little flimsy and even with locks attached on the molded lock holes anyone can pull the box apart far enough to get the gun out of the case. Not safe enough to keep the content away form being removed from inside.

Good enough for carrying the rifle around, roomy and good padding. Not great but good for the price.

Not sturdy enough , would benefit from a better design on the location of the lock holes, and header construction materials.

I like this gun case and will buy another one when I get a new gun.
