I use these in my FAS 6004 for day to day shooting vice the R10 Match I'd use when shooting for score. I have to size them to 4.50 but no complaints about overall performance.
Pros
-Relatively uniform
-Very few deformed pellets
-Few flyers
Cons
-Must be sized for some of my pistols
-300 count tins vice 500
Fit and work well in Diana 240.
I've shot a few thousand rounds of these pellets and they were always well made and quite accurate. The last batch I bought was just before they changed the amount of each tin from 500 to 300 and the quality was bad. It seems they wanted to get rid of the old pellets and weren't to careful in filling the tins with any pellet regardless of quality. Just started using a new tin of 300 and the quality is even better than the original Diabolo Basic. It seems the have redesigned the pellet and it is a good change because it is even more accurate than before. Even though the price is a little higher you're still getting a better pellet than many of the higher priced pellets.
Holds a tight pattern from 15, 20, and 30 feet. Good for target but I would choose something heavier for competition.
pergect for practice
Pros
excelent Customer service
These pellets are very well made and consistently prove to be in the upper ten percent of all the pellets that I test for accuracy. They are not the cheapest you can find but they shoot rings around the cheapest pellets. Hobby's are a buck more and are usually a little more accurate, but for back yard fun you can't beat Basics.
Pros
Price. Accuracy at price. Rarely a deformed pellet.
Cons
They don't cost a dollar a tin.
Too many defected pellets, terrible quality control
Got decent groups with these pellets fired out of my brothers QB78,
The smallest of which was a hair over 1" at 10 meters shot free hand standing would have been under an inch except for one flier (10 shot group)
Pros
cheap
pretty accurate
500ct
no malformed pellets so far (halfway through the tin)
Cons
didnt group as well as some other pellets
in my 747 there very accurate will definitely buy again
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product.Would this pierce trough skin if shot with a sa10?
asked Ahmed from CanadaWhat are the pellets made up of? Are they alloy or lead?
asked sThey are Lead Pellets very clean and going fast out of your Gun. Also after you handle them do not put your hand in to your mouth.
Dimitri from USAI'm pretty sure they're lead.

I tried these in a Crosman Valiant, and they worked OK. Then I managed to fix my Beeman P17 pistol, and figured I'd try these. Wow. Tight groupings and go right where you aim them. I had a 'splatter' target set up, shot 5 and had a group about the size of a half-dollar. Then I put 2 more in the hole the first shot made, 2 more in the hole the 3rd shot made, and one in the hole the 4th shot made. For an inexpensive pellet, they sure seem to fly true. Hope they get more in stock soon.
Pros
Nice, they don't shed lead easily, and seem quite uniform in manufacture.
Cons
Nothing I can think of.
