I am a 4-H Shooting Sports leader and have been purchasing Ammo for our group at Air Gun Depot for a while now. We are using Avanti 853 Sporter air rifles and have had great success with the RWS Hobby AMMO and Gamo Match grade Ammo so I thought I Would try some RWS MeisterKugeln based on its reviews. At 10 Meters, the RWS Hobby out shot it .I had my Son using the Hobby and I used the Meisterkugln and his groupings were tighter. We swapped ammo and then my groupings were tighter. we are both 7-8 ring shooters so I can honestly say in our Rifles we will be using the RWS hobby
I would suggest buying the cheaper, RWS hobby as the Meisterkugeln isn't worth the extra money.
Pros
none , RWS hobby works better in my opinion
Cons
buy different ammo
These are the best pellets for my guns. On a good day I can put many through the same hole. The only problem is they need a screw top can. I get around this by transferring them to a different can.
Pros
Every pellet is the same. Ever one is tight.
Cons
Need screw top can. I can live with that
I shot these out of an air rifle 1000fps. Surprisingly consistently tight. Tightest pellets I've ever shot. Bench rest 50 yards.
great little pellets for my pistol and rifle. shoot really well
Pros
clean
I have fired a lot of rounds of these and no hang-up no miss - fires of any kind. With other brands I have had. Stuck pellets and pellets that were out of shape and just wouldn't load but no problems at all with these.
These are great pellets for target shooting through my Crosman Vigilante, and my new Gamo-PR776. I'm getting one inch groups @ 30 ft.bench rest shooting at a NRA 10Meter pistol target. They are a vast improvement over Crosmans Premier Match 7.9gr wadcutters that I started shooting a year ago, and only cost a penny more each. The RWS HyperMax are the only pellets I've found that are more accurate, and they cost 10 cents each. Nobody carries them locally so I've gotta online order them!
Pros
Excellent value for money. Better made than Crosmans.
Cons
The packaging suffers. The lid is not threaded, so it's possible to spill the metal can if it's turned over
Well-made product. Great quality.
Pros
Very consistent.
Cons
None.
Wadcutter print better on paper targets.
Pros
Less ricochets
Prints better on paper targets
Cons
A few more misfires than the hollow points
Excellent Ammo. Well machined to high tolerance.
Pros
Extremely accurate!
Cons
None
