Description
The Refurbished Umarex SA177 BB Repeater is modeled after a popular carry pistol widely used by governmental agencies, and it uses blowback action to simulate a real firearm. The metal slide and integrated accessory rail add to the overall realism of the gun. A drop-out magazine that holds BBs for the gun and grip that houses the CO2. The fiber optic sights and ergonomic grip allow for accurate and comfortable shooting. 380 fps velocity is very high for a gun in this price range.

As far as blowback CO2 bb pistols go, this one is pretty decent. The metal slide is kind of thin and light, but it has a snappy blowback. The best thing about is that they are now considered somewhat of a collectible, thanks to the Glock company putting a short life to their production.
Pros
Has good fps for a blowback pistol. And it looks a lot like a Glock!
Cons
You can't really find them for sale unless you come across one on the secondary market, as they were only produced for a short period.
Loveing it will by again
This is one of the best guns you can buy for a budget shooter.
If you're just starting out with air guns for the first time, and looking for a pistol, but don't want to spend a whole lot of money.
This is the perfect gun for the money.
It is very accurate, great FPS, blowback action and realistic replica of a Glock 17.
Its a great gun to train family members on gun saftey, and to keep up with your gun proficency.
It definitely shoots hard, up to 400FPS
I definetely love this and use it more than my expensive air pistol.
Pros
Cost, Refurbushed or new.
Great FPS for price and blowback
Ease of use
Accuracy
Cons
Magazine style
My front sight on the refurbished came white instead of the, green "fiber optic look"
Unfortunately, it stopped feeding bbs after approximately 50 rounds. Slide still operates, but no air out the muzzle. (Probably a blockage)., I purchased a second one just before the first failed, and so far the second seems to be to be operating as it should. I now have one paper weight, and one operating air pistol.
Pros
When working properly, it is a good training pistol, or fun plinker. Quite realistic looking.
Cons
When it stops feeding rounds and becomes useless. Oh, not a very good safety either, and you will have some air loss when tightening the co2 cartridge.
gun is very accurate would recommend. great refurbished as well as new. be careful bringing it out of the house it looks and feels real and when it shoots the blow back looks very realistic. would recommend a holster.
Pros
everything
Cons
none
For the money you can't expect too much. But the fun factor is huge, with the feel and the blow back action, the trigger is terrible but who cares, it spits out BB's as it blows back and is actually accurate. I like it.
Pros
fun way to bounce cans.
I bought this not really expecting much for the price but was pleasantly surprised when I got it. It has good weight to it and it feels good in your hands and I have big hands. I bought it not necessarily for its accuracy but rather to practice shooting stance and close range defense and it fits the bill. It good for at least 30 feet with plenty of power. If you’re looking for plinking fun and something that can help in the sort of thing I bought it for, you will not go wrong. I recommend this product.
Pros
I like the feel of it in the hands and its weight which makes it good for practice.
Cons
The trigger pull is to hard and I which it was double action like the beretta PX4storm.

SolIs it better to buy this new or refurbished?

To buy refurbished is ultimately your choice, however, I've never had an issue with refurbished products. Due to the savings, I prefer to buy refurbished.

Steve from USAWhat does the firearm sound like when shot?
asked [email protected]It is silent compared to the real thing. All you'll hear is a quick ppppssssttttt.
ConorIt is not a loud airgun, if you have no reference to airguns it sounds line a small pneumatic nail gun, not too loud for indoor use. There are a large number of videos of the gun being used and reviewed on youtube.
